Abstract

The invention provides a news classification method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining current news data; performing vectorization processing on the current news data to obtain a current vector; determining the minimum distance in the first distance between the current vector and each historical clustering center; when the minimum distance is smaller than a preset value, adding the current vector to a historical clustering center corresponding to the minimum distance to obtain a clustering center to be processed; calculating a second distance between any two vectors in the to-be-processed clustering center; when the second distance is greater than or equal to the preset value, segmenting the to-be-processed clustering center to obtain at least two sub-clustering centers; and taking the category corresponding to the sub-clustering center comprising the current vector as the category of the current news data. According to the invention, the defect of low news classification accuracy in the prior art is overcome.
