Abstract

The invention discloses an immunochromatography test strip for detecting carbapenemase in bacteria and a detection method. The immunochromatography test strip for detecting carbapenemase in bacteria comprises a sample pad, an NC film, a water absorption pad and a bottom plate which are sequentially pasted on the bottom plate, the NC film is provided with a detection line and a quality control line, the detection line is coated with penicillin-BSA, and the quality control line is coated with a His fusion tag antibody. The invention also provides a kit for detecting carbapenemase in bacteria. The kit comprises a bacterial lysis solution, reaction holes I and II and the test strip, the reaction hole I is coated with meropenem, and the reaction hole II is coated with a PBP 4'receptor protein compound marked by colloidal gold. According to the method, meropenem with stable properties is selected as a substrate, gold-labeled penicillin binding protein PBP 4'is taken as a receptor, and whether carbapenemase exists in a sample or not is indirectly detected by detecting the consumption condition of the substrate, so that a powerful technical means is provided for rapid detection of carbapenemase in bacteria.
