A new antistatic choice is provided for polyester fibers and PET high polymer materials, meanwhile, the long-term antistatic property is kept, the phenomenon that an antistatic agent is not prone to washing loss and wiping loss is solved, and meanwhile the requirement for the permanent antistatic function is met.
