A new antistatic choice is provided for polyester fibers and PET high polymer materials, meanwhile, the long-term antistatic property is kept, the phenomenon that an antistatic agent is not prone to washing loss and wiping loss is solved, and meanwhile the requirement for the permanent antistatic function is met. In addition, compared with a permanent antistatic agent polyether ester amide product widely applied in the market, the product provided by the invention does not generate the phenomenon of easy yellowing in processing caused by a polyether ester amide structure.
