The lock has shaft pin capable of being inserted into the display via rotation and pad lock capable of being rotated together with the shaft pin and the seat has lock hanging part. When the pad lock is hung in the back of the lock hanging part, the display is locked; and when pad lock is detached from the lock hanging part, the display is unlocked. The present invention has simple structure while reaching the function of locking the display.
