Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of non-standard equipment manufacturing, in particular to a touch panel curing line. Background Art

[0002] Touchpad (TouchPad or TrackPad) is an input device widely used in laptop computers. The touchpad controls the movement of the pointer by sensing the movement of the user's finger. Its sensing detection principle is capacitive sensing. A special integrated circuit board under the surface of the touchpad will continuously measure and report this track, thereby detecting the movement and position of the finger. When using the touchpad to operate the mouse cursor, position the mouse cursor on the corresponding item or icon, and select the corresponding item or icon by tapping the touchpad.

[0003] like Figure 1 As shown in , the touch panel includes a touch panel, a circuit board and a bottom plate, wherein the touch panel is fixed to the top surface of the circuit board, and a partial area of the bottom surface of the circuit board is fixed to the bottom plate by an adhesive layer. When the user presses the touch panel, the touch panel and the circuit board can swing with the part of the adhesive layer as the axis.

[0004] Generally speaking, the touch panel is usually bonded and formed by a touch panel fixture. The touch panel fixture includes a bearing part and a pressure cover part. The pressure cover part can be freely separated and buckled relative to the bearing part along the up and down direction. In the actual operation process, the base plate is first placed on the bearing part, and then a glue layer is applied on the base plate, and then the assembled touch panel and circuit board are placed on the base plate as a whole. Finally, the pressure cover part is buckled on the bearing part and left to stand for a period of time so that the pressure-bearing circuit board and the base plate are finally firmly bonded.

[0005] In the prior art, after the pre-bonded touch panel is placed on the carrier, the cover part is manually covered on the carrier, and gravity is used to tightly press the circuit board onto the base plate. Then, the multiple touch panel clamping jigs at work are usually placed on the workshop floor or workbench in sequence. After the glue solidifies, the cover part and the carrier are manually separated to take out the bonded touch panel. The previous operation method is time-consuming and labor-intensive, the labor intensity of the workers is extremely high, the production efficiency is low, and the final molding quality of the touch panel is greatly affected by the workers' operating experience and emotional fluctuations, which is not conducive to quality control; in addition, placing the touch panel clamping jig requires a large workshop space, which is not conducive to on-site 6S management. To this end, our company recently developed a touch panel curing line. Summary of the invention

[0006] Therefore, in view of the above existing problems and defects, the designers of the present invention collected relevant information, conducted multiple evaluations and considerations, and continued to experiment and modify after many years of R&D experience in this industry, which ultimately led to the appearance of the touch panel solidification line.

[0007] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention relates to a touch panel curing line, which includes a loading unit, a unloading unit, a touch panel clamping jig and a conveyor line. The touch panel clamping jig is used to directly carry the touch panel to be bonded, and continuously circulates under the drag force of the conveyor line. The touch panel clamping jig includes a bearing part and a pressure cover part. The pressure cover part can be freely separated and buckled relative to the bearing part along the up and down directions. The loading unit is arranged on the left side of the conveyor line to place the touch panel to be bonded on the touch panel clamping jig. The unloading unit is arranged on the right side of the conveyor line to detach the bonded touch panel from the touch panel clamping jig. The conveyor line includes an upper conveying part, a lower conveying part and a rear conveying part. The upper conveying part and the lower conveying part are stacked in sequence along the up and down directions, and each independently transfers the touch panel clamping jig carrying the touch panel to be bonded from the loading unit to the unloading unit. The rear conveying part is arranged side by side with the upper conveying part and maintained at the same relative height as the upper conveying part so as to return the unloaded touch panel clamping fixture from the unloading unit to the loading unit.

[0008] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the touch panel curing line also includes a first touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment, a second touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment and an auxiliary tape removal device. The auxiliary tape removal device is used in conjunction with the upper conveying part and the lower conveying part to tear off the positioning tape from the touch panel to be bonded and formed. The upper conveying part includes a first belt conveyor and a second belt conveyor arranged in sequence along the left and right directions and spaced apart from each other by a set distance. The lower conveying part includes a third belt conveyor and a fourth belt conveyor arranged in sequence along the left and right directions and spaced apart from each other by a set distance. The rear conveying part is a fifth belt conveyor. The first touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment, the auxiliary tape removal device, and the second touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment are arranged in sequence from left to right in the gap formed by the first belt conveyor, the second belt conveyor, the third belt conveyor, and the fourth belt conveyor. When the first touch panel clamping jig lifting device is activated, the touch panel clamping jig is sequentially transferred from the first belt conveyor and the third belt conveyor to the auxiliary tape removal device. When the positioning tape on the touch panel to be bonded is completely torn off, the second touch panel clamping jig lifting device is activated to sequentially transfer the touch panel clamping jig from the auxiliary tape removal device to the second belt conveyor and the fourth belt conveyor.

[0009] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the design structures of the first touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment and the second touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment are completely consistent. Only for the first touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment, it includes a first support frame, a sliding frame, a top support seat, a first linear motion drive element and a transition carrier. The transition carrier is used to carry the touch panel, which includes a load-bearing frame, a synchronous belt transmission component and a bearing component. The synchronous belt transmission component is supported by the load-bearing frame. When the synchronous belt transmission component is started, it drags the bearing component to perform translational motion along the left and right directions. The bearing component is used to directly carry the touch panel clamping fixture. The sliding frame is mounted on the first support frame, and moves in an up and down direction under the driving force of the first linear motion drive element. The first linear motion drive element is supported by the first support frame. The top support seat is used to directly support the transition carrier, which is arranged in front of the first support frame and is fixed to the sliding frame as a whole.

[0010] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the auxiliary tape removal device includes a second support frame, a second linear motion driving element, a guide assembly and a top supporting unit. The top supporting unit is arranged in front of the second support frame, and under the joint action of the second linear motion driving element and the guide assembly, it performs a directional displacement movement in the up and down direction to push up the touch panel clamping fixture used to directly support the touch panel to be bonded. The second linear motion driving element is supported by the second support frame and is arranged directly below the top supporting unit.

[0011] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the top supporting unit includes a third support frame, a first circumferential rotation driving element and a bearing base. The third support frame is arranged directly in front of the second support frame. The guide assembly is arranged between the third support frame and the second support frame. The bearing base is arranged directly above the third support frame. The first circumferential rotation driving element is supported by the third support frame to drive the bearing base to perform circumferential rotation movement.

[0012] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, a series of debonding avoidance holes are opened around the periphery of the touch panel clamping fixture, corresponding to the adhesive tape adhesion position. The supporting base includes an upper substrate, a sliding plate, a lower substrate, a ejection pin, a support column assembly, a push-up assembly and an elastic recovery assembly. The lower substrate is detachably fixed to the top wall of the third support frame. The upper substrate is arranged in parallel directly above the lower substrate. The support column assembly is connected between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The sliding plate is arranged between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, which is passed through by the support column assembly, and performs directional sliding movement along the up and down directions under the joint action of the push-up assembly and the elastic recovery assembly. The number of ejection pins is set to be multiple, all of which can be detachably fixed to the upper plane of the sliding plate, and the installation position corresponds to the debonding avoidance holes one by one.

[0013] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the ejection assembly includes an eccentric wheel and a second circumferential rotation driving element. The second circumferential rotation driving element is fixed on the lower base plate to drive the eccentric wheel. The eccentric wheel is always pressed between the sliding plate and the lower base plate. When the eccentric wheel rotates, the sliding plate moves toward / away from the lower base plate.

[0014] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the design structures of the loading unit and the unloading unit are consistent. For the loading unit only, it includes a left-mounted translational carrier, a left-mounted transfer mechanism and a third touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment. The left-mounted translational carrier is arranged on the left side of the conveyor line to transfer the bearing part from the fifth belt conveyor to the first belt conveyor. The left-mounted translational carrier includes a base plate, a third linear motion drive element, a first slide rail slider assembly and a sliding plate. The sliding plate is arranged in parallel just above the base plate and is used to directly carry the touch panel to be bonded. The third linear motion drive element is assembled between the base plate and the sliding plate to drive the sliding plate to perform translational movement along the front and rear directions. The first slide rail slider assembly is arranged in parallel on the left or right side of the third linear motion drive element, and it is composed of a first slide rail and a first slider. The first slide rail and the first slide rail are detachably fixed on the upper plane of the base plate and the lower plane of the sliding plate, respectively. The left-mounted transfer mechanism includes a fourth support frame, a first power drive unit, a second power drive unit and a grab assembly. The fourth support frame spans the first belt conveyor and the fifth belt conveyor at the same time. The first power drive unit and the second power drive unit are connected in sequence and supported by the fourth support frame at the same time to drive the grab assembly to move along the front-to-back direction and the up-and-down direction respectively. The grab assembly includes a finger cylinder, a left-mounted clamp and a right-mounted clamp. The left-mounted clamp and the right-mounted clamp are both installed on the finger cylinder and are oppositely arranged along the left-to-right direction. When the finger cylinder is actuated, the left-mounted clamp moves toward / away from the right-mounted clamp to achieve clamping / relaxation of the touch panel clamping fixture. The third touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment is consistent with the design structure of the first touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment to successively distribute the touch panel clamping fixture to the first belt conveyor and the third belt conveyor.

[0015] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the touch panel curing line also includes a code scanning device. The code scanning device includes a sliding seat, a sliding block, a locking unit, a fifth support frame, a plane position adjustment device, a sixth support frame, a seventh support frame and a code scanning gun. The sliding seat is arranged directly above the upper conveying part, and is connected in sequence from top to bottom by an upper fixed plate, a guide rod assembly and a lower fixed plate. The guide rod assembly is composed of a first guide rod and a second guide rod arranged side by side. The sliding block is simultaneously and freely slidably mounted on the first guide rod and the second guide rod along the up and down directions, and a first guide hole and a second guide hole adapted to the outer diameter of the first guide rod and the second guide rod are respectively opened thereon. When the relative height position of the sliding block is adjusted to the right position, the sliding block is locked on the sliding seat by the locking unit. The fifth support frame, the plane position adjustment device, the sixth support frame and the seventh support frame are sequentially connected between the sliding block and the code scanning gun. When the plane position adjustment device is activated, the barcode scanning gun is driven to perform translational movement along the front-to-back direction and / or the left-to-right direction.

[0016] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the first belt conveyor includes a chassis, a front conveyor belt, a rear conveyor belt, a power unit, a front belt tensioning device and a rear belt tensioning device. The front conveyor belt and the rear conveyor belt are both installed on the chassis and are arranged opposite to each other in the front-to-back direction to cooperate with the touch panel clamping fixture. The power unit is supported by the chassis, and drives the front conveyor belt and the rear conveyor belt to rotate synchronously in the circumferential direction. The front belt tensioning device and the rear belt tensioning device have the same structure, so that they are respectively applicable to the front conveyor belt and the rear conveyor belt in a one-to-one correspondence. For the rear belt tensioning device, it includes a mounting base, a tensioning wheel, a rotating shaft, a bearing plate, a torque amplification connecting rod mechanism and a fourth linear motion driving element. The mounting base is fixed to the chassis. The tensioning wheel is arranged in front of the mounting base and always presses against the rear conveyor belt. The tensioning wheel can be freely rotated around its central axis and fit on the rotating shaft, and is installed on the bearing plate as a whole. The second slide rail slider assembly includes a second slide rail and a second slider. The second slide rail is fixed on the front side of the mounting base plate and is arranged to the right of the fourth linear motion driving element. The second slider matched with the second slide rail is directly driven by the fourth linear motion driving element. The third slide rail slider assembly is arranged in parallel directly below the second slide rail slider assembly and is assembled between the mounting base plate and the bearing plate. The third slide rail slider assembly includes a third slide rail and a third slider. The third slide rail is detachably fixed on the front side of the mounting base plate, and the third slider matched with it is detachably fixed on the rear side of the bearing plate. The first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft are respectively inserted into the second slider and the bearing plate. The third hinge is inserted on the mounting base plate and arranged to the left of the third slide rail. The fourth hinge is arranged in front of the mounting base plate and always remains in a free state. The first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, and the third connecting rod are hinged to the fourth hinge at the same time, and the other ends are hinged to the first hinge, the second hinge, and the third hinge respectively.

[0017] During the actual operation of the touch panel curing line, first, the pre-bonded touch panel is placed on the bearing part of the touch panel clamping jig, and the pressure cover part of the touch panel clamping jig is covered on the bearing part by the loading unit, and the circuit board is tightly pressed onto the bottom plate by gravity; then, the conveyor line is activated to drive the touch panel clamping jig to continuously flow, and after the glue solidifies, the unloading unit is used to separate the pressure cover part and the bearing part to take out the bonded touch panel.

[0018] The previous operation method saves time and effort, the labor intensity of workers is extremely low, the production efficiency is high, and the final molding quality of the touch panel is not affected by the workers' operating experience and emotional fluctuations, which is conducive to quality control; furthermore, by controlling the running speed of the conveyor line, the total flow time of the touch panel to be bonded between the loading station and the unloading station can be indirectly controlled, which determines the curing time of the control touch panel; in addition, compared with the traditional touch panel clamping fixture flat laying method, the touch panel curing line occupies a smaller workshop area, which is conducive to on-site 6S management. [0053] In the description of the present invention, it is necessary to understand that the directions or positional relationships indicated by the terms "left", "right", "up", "down", "front", "back", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings, and are only for the convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the device or element referred to must have a specific direction, be constructed and operated in a specific direction, and therefore cannot be understood as a limitation on the present invention.

[0054] The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments. Figure 2 , Figure 3 The three-dimensional schematic diagrams of the touch panel curing line of the present invention in two different states from one viewing angle are respectively shown. It can be seen that it is mainly composed of several parts such as a loading unit 1, a unloading unit 2, a touch panel clamping jig 3 and a conveyor line 4. Among them, the touch panel clamping jig 3 is used to directly carry the touch panel to be bonded, and it continues to circulate under the dragging force of the conveyor line 4. The touch panel clamping jig 3 includes a bearing part 31 and a pressure cover part 32. The pressure cover part 32 can be freely separated and fastened along the up and down directions relative to the bearing part 31. The loading unit 1 is arranged on the left side of the conveyor line 4 to place the touch panel to be bonded on the touch panel clamping jig 3. The unloading unit 2 is arranged on the right side of the conveyor line 4 to detach the bonded touch panel from the touch panel clamping jig 3. The conveyor line 4 includes an upper conveying part 41, a lower conveying part 42 and a rear conveying part 43. The upper conveying part 41 and the lower conveying part 42 are stacked in sequence along the up-down direction, and they independently transfer the touch panel clamping jig 3 carrying the touch panel to be bonded from the loading unit 1 to the unloading unit 2. The rear conveying part 43 is arranged side by side with the upper conveying part 41, and is kept at the same relative position height as the upper conveying part 41, so as to return the unloaded touch panel clamping jig 3 from the unloading unit 2 to the loading unit 1. By adopting the above technical solution, on the one hand, the bonding process of the touch panel is more time-saving and force-saving, the labor intensity of the workers is effectively reduced, the molding efficiency is high, and the final molding quality of the touch panel is not affected by the workers' operating experience and emotional fluctuations, which is conducive to quality control; on the other hand, by controlling the running speed of the conveying line, the total flow time of the touch panel to be bonded between the loading station and the unloading station can be indirectly controlled, that is, the curing time of the control touch panel is determined; on the other hand, the workshop area occupied by the touch panel curing line is relatively small, which is conducive to on-site 6S management.

[0055] It should also be noted that the upper conveying part 41 and the lower conveying part 42 are stacked on each other and are both used to independently carry the touch panel clamping fixture 3. In this way, the processing capacity of the touch panel is multiplied without increasing the site usage area.

[0056] As a further refinement of the above template curing line structure, Figure 5 , 6 As shown in the figure, the upper conveying part 41 includes a first belt conveyor 411 and a second belt conveyor 412 which are arranged in sequence along the left-right direction and are spaced apart from each other by a set distance. The lower conveying part 42 includes a third belt conveyor 421 and a fourth belt conveyor 422 which are arranged in sequence along the left-right direction and are spaced apart from each other by a set distance. The rear conveying part 43 is a fifth belt conveyor 431.

[0057] like Figure 3 , 4 As shown in , the loading unit 1 includes a left-placed translational carrier 11, a left-placed transfer mechanism 12, and a third touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 13. The left-placed translational carrier 11 is arranged on the left side of the conveyor line 4 to transfer the carrying portion 31 of the touch panel clamping fixture 3 from the fifth belt conveyor 431 to the first belt conveyor 411. The left-placed transfer mechanism 12 is also arranged on the left side of the conveyor line 4 and is located above the left-placed translational carrier 11 to buckle the cover portion 32 on the carrying portion 31 or detach the cover portion 32 from the carrying portion 31. The third touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 13 is used to successively distribute the touch panel clamping fixture 3 loaded with the touch panel to be bonded to the first belt conveyor 411 and the third belt conveyor 421.

[0058] like Fig. 9 , 10 As shown in , the left-mounted translational carrier 11 includes a base plate 111, a third linear motion driving element 112, a first slide rail slider assembly 113 and a sliding plate 114. The sliding plate 114 is arranged in parallel directly above the base plate 111, and is used to directly carry the touch panel to be bonded. The third linear motion driving element 112 is assembled between the base plate 111 and the sliding plate 114 to drive the sliding plate 114 to perform translational motion along the front-back direction. The first slide rail slider assembly 113 is arranged in parallel on the left or right side of the third linear motion driving element 112, and is composed of a first slide rail 1131 and a first slider 1132. The first slide rail 1131 and the first slider 1132 are detachably fixed to the upper plane of the base plate 111 and the lower plane of the sliding plate 114, respectively.

[0059] like Fig.11 , 12As shown in Figures 1 and 13, the left-positioned transfer mechanism 12 includes a fourth support frame 121, a first power drive unit 122, a second power drive unit 123, and a grab assembly 124. The fourth support frame 121 spans the first belt conveyor 411 and the fifth belt conveyor 431 at the same time. The first power drive unit 122 and the second power drive unit 123 are connected in sequence and supported by the fourth support frame 121 at the same time to drive the grab assembly 124 to move along the front-to-back direction and the up-and-down direction respectively. The grab assembly 124 includes a finger cylinder 1241, a left-positioned clamping jaw 1242, and a right-positioned clamping jaw 1243. The left-positioned clamping jaw 1242 and the right-positioned clamping jaw 1243 are both installed on the finger cylinder 1241 and are arranged opposite to each other along the left-to-right direction. When the finger cylinder 1241 is actuated, the left clamping jaw 1242 moves toward / away from the right clamping jaw 1243 to achieve clamping / relaxing of the pressing cover portion 32 of the touch panel clamping fixture 3 .

[0060] like Figure 7 , 8 As shown in , the unloading unit 2 is consistent with the design structure of the loading unit 1, and includes a right-mounted translational carrier 21, a right-mounted transfer mechanism 22, and a fourth touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 23. The right-mounted translational carrier 21 is arranged on the right side of the conveyor line 4 to transfer the bearing portion 31 of the touch panel clamping fixture 3 from the second belt conveyor 4412 to the fifth belt conveyor 431. The right-mounted transfer mechanism 22 is also arranged on the right side of the conveyor line 4 and is located above the right-mounted translational carrier 21. After the touch panel is solidified and formed, the pressure cover portion 32 is separated from the bearing portion 31 to facilitate the subsequent material collection operation of the formed touch panel; after the touch panel is collected, the right-mounted transfer mechanism 22 is actuated for the second time to buckle the pressure cover portion 32 on the bearing portion 31 again. The fourth touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 23 successively transfers the unloaded touch panel clamping fixture 3 from the second belt conveyor 412 and the fourth belt conveyor 422 to the fifth belt conveyor 431, and finally flows back to the loading unit 1 for later use.

[0061] As a further optimization of the touch panel curing line structure, such as Figure 6As shown in , the touch panel curing line also includes a first touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 5, a second touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 6 and an auxiliary tape removal device 7. The auxiliary tape removal device 7 is used in conjunction with the upper conveying part 41 and the lower conveying part 42 to tear off the positioning tape from the touch panel to be bonded and formed. The first touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 5, the auxiliary tape removal device 7, and the second touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 6 are arranged in sequence from left to right in the gap formed by the first belt conveyor 411, the second belt conveyor 412, the third belt conveyor 421, and the fourth belt conveyor 422. When the first touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 5 is activated, the touch panel clamping jig 3 is transferred from the first belt conveyor 411 and the third belt conveyor 421 to the auxiliary tape removal device 7 in sequence. When the positioning tape on the touch panel to be bonded is torn off, the second touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 6 is activated to transfer the touch panel clamping jig 3 from the auxiliary tape removal device 7 to the second belt conveyor 412 and the fourth belt conveyor 422 in turn. During the actual operation of the touch panel curing line, the first touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 5 transfers the touch panel clamping jig 3 transported by the first belt conveyor 411 and the third belt conveyor 421 to the auxiliary tape removal device 7 in turn, and after the tape is torn off, the second touch panel clamping jig lifting equipment 6 transfers the touch panel clamping jig 3 to the second belt conveyor 412 and the fourth belt conveyor 422 again to continue the subsequent glue curing process. Through actual operation test verification, the performance of the lifting equipment suitable for the touch panel clamping jig fully meets the design requirements, and ensures that the touch panel clamping jig 3 has a high circulation speed and smoothness, and can better meet the feeding rhythm of the upper conveying part 41 and the lower conveying part 42.

[0062] In order to reduce the difficulty of designing and assembling the touch panel curing line and reduce the manufacturing cost, the first touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 5, the second touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 6, the third touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 13 and the fourth touch panel clamping fixture lifting device 23 can be designed with the same structure. Fig. 22 , 23As shown in , 24, it includes a first support frame 51, a sliding frame 52, a top support seat 53, a first linear motion driving element 54 and a transition carrier 55. The transition carrier 55 is used to carry the touch panel, and includes a load-bearing frame 551, a synchronous belt transmission component 552 and a bearing component 553. The synchronous belt transmission component 552 is supported by the load-bearing frame 551. When the synchronous belt transmission component 552 is started, it drags the bearing component 553 to perform translational movement along the left and right directions. The bearing component 553 is used to directly carry the touch panel clamping fixture 3. The sliding frame 52 is sleeved on the first support frame 51, and moves in the up and down directions under the driving force of the first linear motion driving element 54. The first linear motion driving element 54 is supported by the first support frame 51. The top support seat 53 is used to directly support the transition carrier 55, which is arranged in front of the first support frame 51 and fixed to the sliding frame 52 as a whole. The above technical solution is usually adopted for setting, so that the design structure of the first touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment 5, the second touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment 6, the third touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment 13 and the fourth touch panel clamping fixture lifting equipment 23 is very simple, which is conducive to manufacturing and molding, and the production cost and subsequent maintenance cost are low.

[0063] As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, Fig.25 As shown in , the auxiliary tape removal device 7 includes a second support frame 71, a second linear motion driving element 72, a guide assembly 73 and a top supporting unit 74. The top supporting unit 74 is arranged in front of the second support frame 71, and performs directional displacement movement in the up and down directions under the joint action of the second linear motion driving element 72 and the guide assembly 73 to push the touch panel clamping fixture 3 used to directly carry the touch panel to be bonded. The second linear motion driving element 72 is supported by the second support frame 71 and is arranged directly below the top supporting unit 74. Through actual operation test verification, the performance of the auxiliary tape removal device 7 fully meets the design requirements of the touch panel curing line, and ensures that the touch panel clamping fixture 3 has a high circulation speed and smoothness, which can better meet the tape tearing rhythm when the upper conveying part 41 and the lower conveying part 42 are feeding at the same time. Workers can tear off the positioning tape from the touch panel clamping fixture conveniently, quickly and safely.

[0064] Fig.26It is a three-dimensional schematic diagram of the top supporting unit in the touch panel curing line of the present invention. It can be seen that it is mainly composed of several parts such as the third support frame 741, the first circumferential rotation driving element 742 and the bearing base 743. Among them, the third support frame 741 is arranged in front of the second support frame 71. The above-mentioned guide assembly 73 is assembled between the third support frame 741 and the second support frame 71. The bearing base 743 is arranged directly above the third support frame 741. The first circumferential rotation driving element 742 is supported by the third support frame 741 to drive the bearing base 743 to perform circumferential rotation. In this way, when the touch panel clamping fixture 3 is lifted off, when the production line worker performs the operation of tearing off the positioning tape, the first circumferential rotation driving element 742 continues to move to drive the bearing base 743 to rotate circumferentially, and the production line worker can easily contact the positioning tape without changing his own position, which not only effectively improves the efficiency and convenience of tearing off the positioning tape, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of the production line workers.

[0065] As is known, the positioning tape adheres to the touch panel fixture and has a high bonding strength, which makes it difficult to remove, and is not conducive to manual removal by production line workers. In view of this, as a further optimization of the structure of the auxiliary tape removal device 7, a series of debonding avoidance holes 311 (such as the holes 311 and the holes 312) are opened around the periphery of the touch panel fixture 3 corresponding to the tape adhesion position. Fig.15 ). Fig. 27 , 28As shown in FIGS. 29, the support base 743 includes an upper substrate 7431, a sliding plate 7432, a lower substrate 7433, a material ejection pin 7434, a support column assembly 7435, a push-up assembly 7436, and an elastic return assembly 7437. The lower substrate 7433 is detachably fixed to the top wall of the third support frame 741. The upper substrate 7431 is arranged parallel to and directly above the lower substrate 7433. The support column assembly 7435 is connected between the upper substrate 7431 and the lower substrate 7433. The sliding plate 7432 is arranged between the upper substrate 7431 and the lower substrate 7433, and is passed through by the support column assembly 7435, and performs directional sliding motion along the up and down directions under the joint action of the push-up assembly 7436 and the elastic return assembly 7437. The number of ejector pins 7434 is set to be multiple, and they can all be detachably fixed to the upper plane of the sliding plate 7432, and the installation positions correspond one by one to the above-mentioned debonding avoidance holes 311. After the touch panel clamping fixture 3 is ejected at the positioning tape tearing station, before the production line workers tear off the positioning tape, the ejection assembly 7436 is activated to push the sliding plate 7432 to move upward, and the multiple ejector pins 7434 fixed thereon simultaneously pass through the debonding avoidance holes 311 to apply force to the positioning tape adhered to the touch panel clamping fixture 3. The positioning tape is warped after being subjected to the force, so that the production line workers can quickly and rapidly perform the subsequent positioning tape tearing operation.

[0066] It is known that the push-up assembly 7436 can adopt a variety of design structures to achieve the push-up action of the sliding plate 7432. However, here we recommend an implementation scheme that has a simple design structure, is easy to manufacture and implement, has a fast action response speed, and is easy to maintain later, as follows: Fig.29 , 30 As shown in , the ejection assembly 7436 includes an eccentric wheel 74361 and a second circumferential rotation driving element 74362. The second circumferential rotation driving element 74362 is fixed on the lower base plate 7433 to drive the eccentric wheel 74361. The eccentric wheel 74361 is always pressed between the sliding plate 7432 and the lower base plate 7433. When the eccentric wheel 74361 rotates, the sliding plate 7432 moves toward / away from the lower base plate 7433.

[0067] In the actual operation of the touch panel curing line, workers at the loading station need to check and record the identification code information on the pre-treated touch panel to set the subsequent glue curing time and pave the way for subsequent accurate warehousing. However, this information collection method consumes a lot of manpower costs, and workers are prone to fatigue; in addition, the information verification error rate is extremely high, resulting in the phenomenon that the glue curing time does not match the pre-treated touch panel from time to time, which in turn affects the final molding quality of the touch panel. In view of this, as a further optimization of the touch panel curing line structure, it can also be equipped with a code scanning device 8 according to customer needs. Fig.31 , 32 As shown in the figure, the code scanning device 8 includes a sliding seat 81, a sliding block 82, a locking unit 83, a fifth support frame 84, a plane position adjustment device 85, a sixth support frame 86, a seventh support frame 87 and a code scanning gun 88. The sliding seat 81 is arranged directly above the upper conveying part 41, and is connected in sequence from top to bottom by an upper fixed plate 811, a guide rod assembly 812 and a lower fixed plate 813. The guide rod assembly 812 is composed of a first guide rod and a second guide rod arranged side by side. The sliding block 82 is simultaneously and freely slidably mounted on the first guide rod and the second guide rod along the up and down directions, and a first guide hole and a second guide hole adapted to the outer diameters of the first guide rod and the second guide rod are respectively opened thereon. When the relative height position of the sliding block 82 is adjusted to the right position, the locking unit 83 is used to lock the sliding block 82 on the sliding seat 81. The fifth support frame 84, the plane position adjustment device 85, the sixth support frame 86, and the seventh support frame 87 are connected in sequence between the sliding block 82 and the barcode scanning gun 88. When the plane position adjustment device 85 is activated, the barcode scanning gun 88 is driven to perform translational movement along the front-to-back direction or / and the left-to-right direction. When the worker or the manipulator feeds the touch panel base plate to be bonded to the bearing part 31 of the touch panel clamping fixture 3, the barcode scanning device 8 can identify and record the identification code information thereon in real time, so as to facilitate the subsequent setting of the glue curing time adapted to the pre-bonded touch panel. The information collection accuracy of this method is extremely high, and it is completely unmanned, thereby effectively reducing the labor cost. In addition, the above-mentioned technical solution is usually used for setting, and the relative position of the barcode scanning gun 88 can be conveniently and quickly adjusted so that it always maintains a correct posture relative to the touch panel to be bonded, thereby facilitating the subsequent information collection.

[0068] From the above description, it can be seen that in the actual operation of the touch panel curing line, the touch panel clamping fixture 3 needs to be circulated by the first belt conveyor 411, the second belt conveyor 412, the third belt conveyor 421, the fourth belt conveyor 422, and the fifth belt conveyor 431. It is known that when the length of the conveyor belt is long, and after long-term use, its sag will inevitably increase gradually due to the effect of the drawing force, resulting in an increase in the amount of runout during the operation, which in turn leads to poor stability in the circulation process of the touch panel clamping fixture 3. In addition, the load of the first belt conveyor 411, the second belt conveyor 412, the third belt conveyor 421, the fourth belt conveyor 422, and the fifth belt conveyor 431 during the actual operation is fluctuating, and the tensioning force and the tensioning stroke are also fluctuating, which is not easy to control, and thus easily causes the conveyor belt to slip. In view of this, it is necessary to optimize the structures of the first belt conveyor 411 , the second belt conveyor 412 , the third belt conveyor 421 , the fourth belt conveyor 422 , and the fifth belt conveyor 431 .

[0069] Take the first belt conveyor 411 as an example for explanation. Figure 16-21As shown in , the first belt conveyor 411 is preferably composed of several parts such as a base frame 4111, a front conveyor belt 4112, a rear conveyor belt 4113, a power unit 4114, a front belt tensioning device 4115 and a rear belt tensioning device 4116. Among them, the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 are both installed on the base frame 4111 and are arranged opposite to each other along the front and rear directions to jointly carry the touch panel clamping fixture 3. The power unit 4114 is supported by the base frame 4111, and drives the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 to rotate synchronously in the circumferential direction. The front belt tensioning device 4115 and the rear belt tensioning device 4116 have the same structure, so as to be respectively applicable to the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 in a one-to-one correspondence. As for the rear belt tensioning device 4116, it includes a mounting base 41161, a tensioning wheel 41162, a rotating shaft 41163, a bearing plate 41164, a torque amplifying connecting rod mechanism 41165 and a fourth linear motion driving element 41167. The mounting base 41161 is fixed to the base frame 4111. The tensioning wheel 41162 is arranged in front of the mounting base 41161 and always presses against the rear conveyor belt 4113. The tensioning wheel 41162 can be freely rotated around its central axis and fit on the rotating shaft 41163, and is installed on the bearing plate 41164 as a whole. The fourth linear motion driving element 41167 is fixed on the front side of the mounting base 41161, and with the help of the torque amplifying connecting rod mechanism 41165, it drives the bearing plate 41164 to perform directional displacement movement along the left and right directions. The torque amplifying link mechanism 41165 includes a second slide rail slider assembly 411651, a third slide rail slider assembly 411652, a first link 411653, a second link 411654, a third link 411655, a first hinge shaft 411656, a second hinge shaft 411657, a third hinge shaft 411658 and a fourth hinge shaft 411659. The second slide rail slider assembly 411651 includes a second slide rail 4116511 and a second slider 4116512. The second slide rail 4116511 is fixed on the front side of the mounting base plate 41161 and is arranged directly to the right of the fourth linear motion driving element 41167. The second slider 4116512 matched with the second slide rail 4116511 is directly driven by the fourth linear motion driving element 41167. The third slide rail slider assembly 411652 is arranged in parallel directly below the second slide rail slider assembly 411651 and is assembled between the mounting base plate 41161 and the bearing plate 41164. The third slide rail slider assembly 411652 includes a third slide rail 4116521 and a third slider 4116522. The third slide rail 4116521 is detachably fixed to the front side of the mounting base plate 41161, and the third slider 4116522 matched therewith is detachably fixed to the rear side of the bearing plate 41164.The first hinge shaft 411656 and the second hinge shaft 411657 are inserted into the second slider 4116512 and the bearing plate 41164 respectively. The third hinge shaft 411658 is inserted into the mounting base plate 41161 and arranged to the left of the third slide rail 4116521. The fourth hinge shaft 411659 is arranged in front of the mounting base plate 41161 and always remains in a free state. The first connecting rod 411653, the second connecting rod 411654, and the third connecting rod 411655 are simultaneously hinged to the fourth hinge shaft 411659, and the other ends are respectively hinged to the first hinge shaft 411656, the second hinge shaft 411657, and the third hinge shaft 411658 in a one-to-one correspondence.

[0070] During the debugging process of the first belt conveyor 411 or when its conveyor belt becomes loose after running for a period of time, the front belt tensioning device 4115 and the rear belt tensioning device 4116 can perform adaptive actions according to the tensioning forces of the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113, that is, real-time compensation for the tensioning forces and fluctuations of the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 is achieved, thereby ensuring that the tensioning forces of the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 are always maintained within a reasonable value range, thereby ensuring the smooth flow of the touch panel clamping fixture 3; furthermore, through the application of the torque amplification connecting rod mechanism 41165, the influence of the front belt tensioning device 4115 and the rear belt tensioning device 4116 on the driving force can be effectively reduced. The power requirement is reduced, thereby relaxing the driving power requirement of the fourth linear motion drive element 41167 adapted thereto, greatly reducing the purchase cost, that is, indirectly reducing the manufacturing or modification cost of the first belt conveyor 411; in addition, by adopting the above-mentioned technical solution, when the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 are damaged and need to be replaced, it is only necessary to start the front belt tensioning device 4115 and the rear belt tensioning device 4116, that is, the front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 can be quickly contacted to relax, and when the new front conveyor belt 4112 and the rear conveyor belt 4113 are replaced, the front belt tensioning device 4115 and the rear belt tensioning device 4116 can be restarted to tighten them again.

[0071] The second belt conveyor 412 , the third belt conveyor 421 , the fourth belt conveyor 422 , and the fifth belt conveyor 431 may be designed with reference to the structural form of the first belt conveyor 411 .
