[0034] Figure 1A It is a top view schematic diagram of a circuit structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1B yes Figure 1A Schematic diagram of the section along the section line A-A'. For the sake of clarity, Figure 1A The conductive elastic portion 120 in FIG. 1 is shown in a perspective manner.

[0035] Please refer to Figure 1A and Figure 1B The circuit structure 10 includes a stretchable substrate 100 and a signal line 110. The material of the stretchable substrate 100 can be thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyimide (PI), polycarbonate (PC), polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) or other suitable stretchable materials, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0036] The signal line 110 is located on the stretchable substrate 100. The signal line 110 includes a first wire portion 112, a second wire portion 114, and a conductive elastic portion 120. In some embodiments, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 may be a single-layer structure including a metal material such as aluminum, titanium, copper, silver, or an alloy thereof, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 may be a multilayer structure including titanium / aluminum / titanium (Ti / Al / Ti), molybdenum / aluminum / molybdenum (Mo / Al / Mo), etc.

[0037] The first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 are arranged in the first direction D1 and are discontinuous with each other. For example, a plurality of first wire portions 112 and a plurality of second wire portions 114 are arranged in the first direction D1. The first wire portion 112 has a front end 112a and an end 112b, and the second wire portion 114 also has a front end 114a and an end 114b. In the present embodiment, the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 points to the first second wire portion 114, the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 points to the first first wire portion 112, the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 points to the first second wire portion 114, and the front end 112a of the second first wire portion 112 points to the second second wire portion (omitted from drawing), and other subsequent first wire portions 112 and second wire portions 114 are alternately arranged in the aforementioned manner, and are Figure 1A The number of the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 can be adjusted according to actual needs.

[0038] In detail, in the present embodiment, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 have the same shape and are arranged in sequence in the first direction D1 with the same bending direction. For example, the first wire portion 112 may be a shape similar to a cycle of a sine wave from 0° to 360°. The straight direction from the end 112b of the first wire portion 112 to the front end 112a is the first direction D1. There is a depression s11 toward the second direction D2 and a depression s12 toward the third direction D3 between the front end 112a and the end 112b of the first wire portion 112, wherein the depression s11 is close to the front end 112a, and the depression s12 is close to the end 112b. In other words, the depression s11 may correspond to the trough of the sine wave, the depression s12 may correspond to the peak of the sine wave, and the end 112b of the first wire portion 112 is connected to the front end 112a in sequence through the depression s12 and the depression s11. The first direction D1 intersects the second direction D2 and the third direction D3, and the second direction D2 is opposite to the third direction D3. In some embodiments, the first direction D1 may be perpendicular to the second direction D2 and the third direction D3, but is not limited thereto. Although the first wire portion 112 having a sinusoidal waveform is used as an example in the present embodiment, it is not intended to limit the present invention. In other embodiments, the shape of the first wire portion 112 may include an S-shape, an arc shape, a square-wave V-shape, or a U-shape (including a right-angle U-shape or an arc U-shape), etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0039] Similarly, the second wire portion 114 may be shaped similar to a cycle of a sine wave from 0° to 360°. The straight direction from the end 114b of the second wire portion 114 to the front end 114a is the first direction D1. There is a depression s21 toward the second direction D2 and a depression s22 toward the third direction D3 between the front end 114a and the end 114b of the second wire portion 114, wherein the depression s21 is close to the front end 114a, and the depression s22 is close to the end 114b. In other words, the depression s21 may correspond to the trough of the sine wave, the depression s22 may correspond to the peak of the sine wave, and the end 114b of the second wire portion 114 is connected to the front end 114a in sequence via the depression s22 and the depression s21. Although the second wire portion 114 having a sine waveform is used as an example in the present embodiment, it is not intended to limit the present invention. In other embodiments, the shape of the second wire portion 114 may include S-shape, arc shape, square wave shape, V-shape or U-shape (including a right-angle U-shape or an arc U-shape), etc., but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0040] Although the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 are shown to have the same shape in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. The first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 may have different shapes.

[0041] The first second wire portion 114 is arranged in the first direction D1 of the first first wire portion 112, and the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 is located in the fourth direction D4 of the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112, wherein the fourth direction D4 is opposite to the first direction D1. The end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 is separated from the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 by a distance d1, so that the distance d2 between the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 and the end 112b of the first first wire portion 112 is greater than the distance d3 between the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 and the end 112b of the first first wire portion 112. In some embodiments, the sum of the distance d1 and the distance d3 is approximately equal to the distance d2.

[0042] In some embodiments, the second first wire portion 112 is arranged in the first direction D1 of the first second wire portion 114, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 is located in the fourth direction D4 of the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114. The end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 is separated from the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 by a distance d1. Although in this embodiment, the distance d1 between the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 and the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 is the same as the distance d1 between the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 and the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the distance between the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 and the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 and the distance between the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 and the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 may be different.

[0043] In some embodiments, the front end 112a and the end 112b of the first wire portion 112 are aligned with the front end 114a and the end 114b of the second wire portion 114 in the first direction D1. In other words, the front end 112a and the end 112b of the first wire portion 112 and the front end 114a and the end 114b of the second wire portion 114 are located on the same virtual straight line ( Figure 1A (not shown), wherein the virtual straight line is parallel to the first direction D1 and the fourth direction D4.

[0044] In some embodiments, the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 points to the recess s22 of the first second wire portion 114, the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 points to the recess s11 of the first first wire portion 112, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 points to the recess s21 of the first second wire portion 114. Other subsequent first wire portions 112 and second wire portions 114 are arranged in the same manner as described above, and Figure 1A . In addition, the front end 112a of the first wire portion 112 and the front end 114a of the second wire portion 114 face the same direction, and the end 112b of the first wire portion 112 and the end 114b of the second wire portion 114 face the same direction, wherein the end 112b and the end 114b and the front end 112a and the front end 114a face different directions. For example, the end 114b of the second wire portion 114 and the front end 112a of the first wire portion 112 face different directions respectively. The portion p2 of the second wire portion 114 close to the end 114b and the portion p1 of the first wire portion 112 close to the front end 112a are staggered in the first direction D1. When the circuit structure 10 is in an unstretched state, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 are separated from each other and do not contact each other.

[0045] The plurality of conductive elastic portions 120 are disposed between the plurality of first conductive portions 112 and the plurality of second conductive portions 114. For example, the first conductive elastic portion 120 covers the front end 112a of the first first conductive portion 112 and the end 114b of the first second conductive portion 114 to electrically connect the adjacent first first conductive portion 112 and the first second conductive portion 114; the second conductive elastic portion 120 covers the front end 114a of the first second conductive portion 114 and the end 112b of the second first conductive portion 112 to electrically connect the adjacent first second conductive portion 114 and the second first conductive portion 112; and the other conductive elastic portions 120 ( Figure 1A The conductive elastic portion 120 may be made of a conductive polymer material, such as poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) or other suitable conductive polymers. In other embodiments, the conductive elastic portion 120 may be a polymer material containing a conductive material therein, such as a polyester material containing nano silver wires. In some embodiments, the first conductive elastic portion 120 may cover a portion p2 of the first second wire portion 114 close to the end 114b and a portion p1 of the first first wire portion 112 close to the front end 112a, and the second conductive elastic portion 120 may cover a portion p3 of the first second wire portion 114 close to the front end 114a and a portion p4 of the second first wire portion 112 close to the end 112b.

[0046] In some embodiments, adjacent conductive elastic portions 120 do not contact each other, thereby reducing the overall resistance of the signal line 110 .

[0047] In some embodiments, the line width W2 of the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 may be between 1 μm and 6 μm. In some embodiments, the maximum width W1 of the first wire portion 112 or the second wire portion 114 may be between 6 μm and 26 μm. In this document, the maximum width W1 of the first wire portion 112 or the second wire portion 114 is defined as the maximum width of the first wire portion 112 or the second wire portion 114 in a direction (i.e., the second direction D2 or the third direction D3) perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 (i.e., the first direction D1).

[0048] Since the signal line 110 of the circuit structure 10 of the present embodiment includes a discontinuous first conductor portion 112 and a discontinuous second conductor portion 114, and the adjacent first conductor portion 112 and the second conductor portion 114 are electrically connected via the conductive elastic portion 120, the maximum strain that the signal line 110 can withstand can be increased, thereby improving the yield and reliability of the circuit structure 10.

[0049] It should be understood that Figure 1A The figure only schematically shows a few first wire portions 112, second wire portions 114 and conductive elastic portions 120, but does not limit the present invention. The number of first wire portions 112, second wire portions 114 and conductive elastic portions 120 in the signal line 110 can be adjusted according to actual needs.

[0050] Figure 1B yes Figure 1A A top view of the line structure in a stretched state. It must be noted here that Figure 1B The implementation examples are used Figure 1A The component numbers and partial contents of the embodiments are the same, wherein the same or similar numbers are used to represent the same or similar components, and the description of the same technical contents is omitted. The description of the omitted parts can be referred to the aforementioned embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0051] Please refer to Figure 1BWhen the circuit structure 10 is subjected to a force F extending in the first direction D1 and the fourth direction D4, the circuit structure 10 as a whole will be stretched in the lateral direction. Since the conductive elastic portion is elastic, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 will be closer to each other after being stretched. For example, the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 and the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 will be closer to each other as the circuit structure 10 is stretched, and the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 will also be closer to each other as the circuit structure 10 is stretched. In other words, the distance d1 between the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 and the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 will decrease as the circuit structure 10 is stretched, and the distance d1 between the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 and the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 will also decrease as the circuit structure 10 is stretched. When the circuit structure 10 is stretched, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 are brought closer to each other, thereby reducing the resistance of the signal line 110. In other words, the resistance of the signal line 110 when the circuit structure 10 is stretched is lower than the resistance of the signal line 110 when the circuit structure 10 is not stretched.

[0052] Figure 1C yes Figure 1A Another top view of the line structure in the stretched state. It must be noted here that Figure 1C The implementation examples are used Figure 1A and Figure 1B The component numbers and partial contents of the embodiments are the same, wherein the same or similar numbers are used to represent the same or similar components, and the description of the same technical contents is omitted. The description of the omitted parts can be referred to the aforementioned embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0053] Please refer to Figure 1C , this embodiment and Figure 1B The main difference of the embodiment is that when the circuit structure 10 is stretched, the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 and the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 are in contact with each other, and the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 are in contact with each other. In other words, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 that were originally unconnected can be formed into the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 that are connected together by stretching the circuit structure 10.

[0054] Figure 2 1 is a schematic top view of a circuit structure according to another embodiment of the present invention. It must be noted that: Figure 2 The implementation examples are used Figure 1AThe component numbers and partial contents of the embodiments are the same, wherein the same or similar numbers are used to represent the same or similar components, and the description of the same technical contents is omitted. The description of the omitted parts can be referred to the aforementioned embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0055] Please refer to Figure 2 , the circuit structure 20 of this embodiment is Figure 1A The main difference of the embodiment is that the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 extends into the recess s22, the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 extends into the recess s11, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 extends into the recess s21 of the first second wire portion 114. The front end 112a and the end 112b of the first wire portion 112 are not aligned with the front end 114a and the end 114b of the second wire portion 114, that is, the front end 112a and the end 112b of the first wire portion 112 and the front end 114a and the end 114b of the second wire portion 114 are not located on the same virtual straight line ( Figure 2 (not shown), wherein the virtual straight line is parallel to the first direction D1 and the fourth direction D4.

[0056] When the circuit structure 20 is subjected to a pulling force in the first direction D1 and the fourth direction D4 (not shown), the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 and the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114, as well as the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 will approach each other as the circuit structure 10 is stretched, so that the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 and a portion p2 of the first second wire portion 114 close to the end 114b may contact each other, and the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 may contact a portion p1 of the first first wire portion 112 close to the front end 112a. Similarly, the front end 114a of the first second wire portion 114 may contact a portion p4 of the second first wire portion 112 close to the end 112b, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 may contact a portion p3 of the first second wire portion 114 close to the front end 114a.

The description of the omitted parts can be referred to the aforementioned embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0058] Please refer to Figure 3, the circuit structure 30 of this embodiment is Figure 1A The main difference between the embodiment of the present invention and the embodiment of the present invention is that the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 of the circuit structure 30 are in the shape of an arc. For example, the first wire portion 112 is in the shape of a concave arc with a depression s1 toward the third direction D3. The second wire portion 114 is in the shape of an upward concave arc with a depression s2 toward the second direction D2. In other words, the shape of the first wire portion 112 and the shape of the second wire portion 114 have opposite bending directions.

[0059] The plurality of first wire portions 112 and the plurality of second wire portions 114 are arranged alternately in the first direction D1, so that the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 points to the recess s2 of the first second wire portion 114, the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 points to the recess s1 of the first first wire portion 112, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 points to the recess s2 of the first second wire portion 114, and the front end 112a of the second first wire portion 112 points to the second second wire portion 114. Other subsequent first wire portions 112 and second wire portions 114 are arranged alternately in the above manner. The number of the first wire portions 112 and the second wire portions 114 can be adjusted according to actual needs.

[0060] In some embodiments, the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 may extend into the recess s2, the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 may extend into the recess s1, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 may extend into the recess s2 of the first second wire portion 114.

[0061] Figure 4 1 is a schematic top view of a circuit structure according to another embodiment of the present invention. It must be noted that: Figure 4 The implementation examples are used Figure 1A The component numbers and partial contents of the embodiments are the same, wherein the same or similar numbers are used to represent the same or similar components, and the description of the same technical contents is omitted. The description of the omitted parts can be referred to the aforementioned embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0062] Please refer to Figure 4 , the circuit structure 40 of this embodiment is Figure 1AThe main difference between the embodiment of the present invention is that the first conductor portion 112 and the second conductor portion 114 of the circuit structure 40 are in the shape of a square wave. For example, the first conductor portion 112 is a square wave composed of a plurality of vertical line segments, which extends from the end 112b toward the second direction D2, and after passing through the recess s12 toward the third direction D3 and the recess s11 toward the second direction D2, finally extends toward the second direction D32 and connects to the front end 112a, wherein the recess s11 is close to the front end 112a, and the recess s12 is close to the end 112b. Similarly, the second conductor portion 114 is a square wave composed of a plurality of vertical line segments, which extends from the end 114b toward the second direction D2, and after passing through the recess s22 toward the third direction D3 and the recess s21 toward the second direction D2, finally extends toward the second direction D3 and connects to the front end 114a, wherein the recess s21 is close to the front end 114a, and the recess s22 is close to the end 114b. That is, the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 have the same shape and bending direction.

[0063] In some embodiments, the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 may extend into the recess s22, the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 may extend into the recess s11, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 may extend into the recess s21 of the first second wire portion 114.

[0064] Figure 5 1 is a schematic top view of a circuit structure according to another embodiment of the present invention. It must be noted that: Figure 5 The implementation examples are used Figure 3 The component numbers and partial contents of the embodiments are the same, wherein the same or similar numbers are used to represent the same or similar components, and the description of the same technical contents is omitted. [0065] Please refer to Figure 5 , the circuit structure 50 of this embodiment is Figure 3The main difference between the embodiment of the present invention is that the first wire portion 112 and the second wire portion 114 of the circuit structure 50 are in a right-angled U-shape, that is, an upward or downward concave figure surrounded by a plurality of line segments, wherein two adjacent line segments are perpendicular to each other. For example, the first wire portion 112 has a depression s1 facing the third direction D3, and the second wire portion 114 has a depression s2 facing the second direction D2, that is, the shape of the first wire portion 112 and the shape of the second wire portion 114 have opposite bending directions. The plurality of first wire portions 112 and the plurality of second wire portions 114 are arranged alternately in the first direction D1, so that the front end 112a of the first first wire portion 112 points to the depression s2 of the second wire portion 114, the end 114b of the first second wire portion 114 points to the depression s1 of the first wire portion 112, and the end 112b of the second first wire portion 112 points to the depression s2 of the first second wire portion 114.

[0066] Figure 6 4 is a relationship diagram between strain and resistance value according to Example 1 of the present invention and Comparative Examples 1 and 2.

[0067] The efficacy of the present invention is verified by simulated experimental data below, but the present invention is not limited to the following contents.

[0068] The circuit structure of Example 1 is similar to Figure 1A The circuit structure 10 of the present invention has a stretchable substrate made of TPU, and the signal line is composed of a first wire portion, a second wire portion and a conductive elastic portion, wherein the first wire portion and the second wire portion are discontinuous. The length of the signal line is 85 μm. The first wire portion and the second wire portion are in the shape of a sine wave, with a line width of 3 μm and a maximum width of 20 μm, and are made of titanium / aluminum / titanium. The conductive elastic portion is made of PEDOT.

[0069] The circuit structure of Comparative Example 1 is similar to that of Example 1, except that the signal line is a whole continuous sinusoidal metal wire and does not have a conductive elastic portion covering it.

[0070] The circuit structure of Comparative Example 2 is similar to that of Example 1, except that the signal line is only a conductive elastic portion without a conductive wire portion.

[0071] Figure 6 The simulation results of the relationship between strain (%) and resistance (ohm, Ω) of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 under the same tensile conditions are shown.

[0072] Depend on Figure 6It can be seen that the resistance value of the signal line of Comparative Example 1 does not change with the increase of strain, that is, the resistance value of the signal line of Comparative Example 1 is basically constant during the stretching process of the line structure. The resistance value of the signal line of Comparative Example 2 has a higher resistance value than that of Comparative Example 1 when the line structure is not stretched, and its resistance value increases with the increase of strain during the stretching process of the line structure. The resistance value of the signal line of Example 1 when the line structure is not stretched is similar to that of Comparative Example 1, and the resistance value of the signal line of Example 1 decreases with the increase of strain during the stretching process of the line structure.

[0073] In addition, according to the simulation experiment data, when the overall strain of the circuit structure of Comparative Example 1 is 12%, the concentrated strain on the metal wire part is 4.3%. Similarly, when the overall strain of the circuit structure of Example 1 is 12%, the concentrated strain on the metal wire part is 0.23%. It can be seen that the circuit structure of Example 1 can effectively reduce the strain on the metal wire part of the signal line compared to Comparative Example 1, and can maintain good electrical properties in both stretched and unstretched states.
