This invention discloses a near-
infrared light-exciteable composite
nanosheet, its preparation method, and its applications, belonging to the field of
biomedical technology. The method includes the following steps: mixing
epigallocatechin gallate with a Ti3C2
nanosheet dispersion, ultrasonically reacting, adding silver salt, and continuing stirring in the dark; after the reaction is complete, washing and separating to obtain MXene-EGCG@Ag composite nanosheets. The composite nanosheets provided by this invention possess near-
infrared light-exciteable properties and can be used to prepare medically acceptable dosage forms such as hydrogels for the treatment of
periodontitis. The preparation method provided by this invention is simple, the raw materials are readily available, and it exhibits significant antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, enabling further widespread application.
