An audio data decoding device using the waveform encoding method includes: a loss detector, an audio data decoder, an audio data analyzer, a parameter correction unit, and an audio synthesis unit. The audio data analyzer extracts a first parameter from the first decoded audio signal. The parameter correction unit corrects the first parameter according to the result of the loss detection.
