The auxiliary switching-in device acts only at the switching-in position and does not apply the torque onto the rotating shaft, so that the influence of the auxiliary switching-in device on the switching on / off speed is reduced to minimum and reliable switching-on can be ensured; and the auxiliary switching-in device has simple structure and easy installation and can obtain larger contact pressure by smaller elasticity.
