Abstract

The invention relates to an installation-angle adjustable lamp bracket and lamp, wherein the lamp bracket comprises a fixing part for connecting fixed objects, and a rotating shaft fixedly connected with the lamp head of the lamp, wherein the rotating shaft can be rotated along with the rotation of the lamp head; a sleeve is relatively rotatably sheathed with a dial fixedly connected with the fixing part; the dial is provided with scales for marking the rotation angle of the lamp head; the tail end of the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a scale pointer for pointing out the relative rotation angle of the lamp head on the dial and a locking piece for locking the scale pointer and the dial; the lamp head of the lamp of the invention can be connected to the scale pointer through the rotating shaft and connected with the dial on the fixed part connected with the fixed objects; and the scale pointer can be rotated along with the rotation of the rotating shaft corresponding to the rotation of the dial. When the lamp head is rotated, the lamp head drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the scale pointer is rotated along with the rotating shaft and points out the relative rotation angle of the lamp head on the dial so that users can accurately control the installation angle of the lamp head.
