The invention discloses a mobile phone-based method for realizing logistics distribution, which comprises the following steps that: an owner of goods registers in a logistics management system on a logistics management website and releases goods source information; a vehicle owner uses a mobile phone terminal to release vehicle information including the vehicle position information uploaded by a positioning module of a global positioning system (GPS) to the logistics management system through a general packet radio service (GPRS) wireless network; the logistics management system automatically matches the goods source and the vehicle source according to the goods position registered by the owner of goods and the vehicle position information uploaded by the vehicle owner through the GPS positioning module of the mobile phone and recommends the optimal goods source or vehicle source to the vehicle owner or owner of goods. According to the method, the logistics distribution is realized by using the GPRS module and GPS module of the mobile phone, and restrictions of the conventional network are avoided and the successful rate and effectiveness of goods source matching is improved, so that a true 'mobile logistics' is realized in a true sense.
