Abstract

The invention discloses a method for realizing adaptive transmission by comprehensively utilizing long-time and short-time channel state information. A base station is adaptive to the variations of a long-time channel and a short-time channel in a way of concatenating long-time precoding and short-time precoding. The method specifically comprises that: a, a user acquires statistical channel information according to a channel estimation result, and transmits the acquired statistical channel information to the base station by a feedback channel; b, the user calculates an equivalent channel of ashort-time precoding domain according to the channel estimation result and a long-time precoding matrix used by a current sub-frame; c, the base station calculates a related parameter by utilizing the channel statistical information acquired from the feedback channel or from the statistical reciprocity of an uplink and a downlink, and performs long-time precoding; and d, the base station performsshort-time precoding by utilizing a rank indication (RI) parameter, a precoding matrix indication (PMI) parameter and a channel quality indication (CQI) parameter. The method has the fundamental characteristic of dynamically regulating long-time and short-time precoding parameters according to the variations of the long-time and short-time channel state information, and is applied to a high-ordermultiple input multiple output (MIMO) system.
