The remote detecting system comprises a camera device, an electrocardiographic instrument, a blood glucose meter and a sphygmomanometer. The remote medical monitoring system comprises a data base server, an electrocardiographic terminal and an onsite monitoring terminal. Conditions of patients can be remotely, accurately and timely transmitted to a remote medical treatment system in detail by using the remote medical surveillance system, and accordingly treatment of the patients by doctors is facilitated.
