The adopted technical scheme for solving the technical problems includes that the method for manufacturing the black and white cut and paste paper-cutting artworks comprises the following steps: (1) drawing cut and paste pattern; (2) copying the drawn cut and paste pattern to black rice paper, shearing the black rice paper, and obtaining a black paper-cutting main body; (3) amplifying the drawn cut and paste pattern by a plurality of millimeters and then copying the cut and paste pattern to white rice paper, shearing the white rice paper, and obtaining paper-cutting interleaving paper; (4) adhering the black paper-cutting main body to the sheared white interleaving paper, clearing up the contour, adhering ornaments, and obtaining paper-cutting pattern; and (5) adhering the paper-cutting pattern to a bottom plate where colorful rice paper is mounted.
