The rotation directions of all hinged positions are mutually matched so that when the drawing column is relatively moving up and down relative to the hollow cylinder body, the supporting bars can be driven open or closed by the opening bars hinged on the drawing column. The border of the covering yarn body extends outwardly for a plurality of centimeters so as to form a covering yarn extension body.
