Abstract

The invention discloses a contact person information search system and method, relating to the technical field of the related application of a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining the contact person information in a mobile terminal; searching the contact person information to check whether the specific item information of the designated contact person is missing; if so, searching the existing information of the designated contact person for corresponding account information for installing the application; obtaining the list of the installed application on the mobile terminal; if the list contains the application corresponding to the found account information, searching the related file of the corresponding application stored on the mobile terminal for the specific item information of the designated contact person; and adding the specific item information of the designated contact person to the contact person information in the mobile terminal. The system and method disclosed by the invention solve the problem that if a user does not manually set the specific item information of a contact person, the item information of the contact person is invisible in the contact person list, so that the missing item in the contact person information can be automatically supplemented, thus the use is facilitated.
