Abstract

The invention provides a method for removing vapor barrier. An exhaust hole is reversed in a heater. The exhaust hole is connected with an exhaust pipe and a water collecting box, wherein the heater is connected with water inlet ends of a water pump and a rolling roller through process water inlet pipes; a water outlet end of the rolling roller and a cold and hot exchanger are connected through a process water outlet pipe; the exhaust pipe is mounted on the heater and is communicated with the water collection tank; a cooling water pipe and a process water pipe are connected in series in the cold and hot exchanger; and the process water outlet pipe is connected with the process water pipe and is communicated with the heater to form a process water circulation closed loop. The method has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenience in maintenance, controlled technique, accurate temperature, no pollution, low cost, high efficiency, random exhaust, high security and reliability and the like. Water is discharged in a water collection tank through the exhaust pipe when the vapor barrier generates in a heating process, so that the vapor barrier can be entirely removed when water is heated and circulated, and the stability of the water temperature is ensured. Therefore, the temperature error of the rolling roller is reduced, and the ideal technique temperature is reached, so that the quality of the rolling product is improved.
