Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting operation effectiveness of a touch screen and a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: when an application program makes a request of calling a virtual keyboard UI (User Interface), the virtual keyboard UI is displayed; an error touch measurement and control module detects whether key touch action exists on the virtual keyboard UI; when key touch action exists, the error touch measurement and control module judges the effectiveness of the key touch action; and when the key touch action is effective, the error touch measurement and control module respectively sends the data of the key touch action to a data output module and a self-learning module; when the key touch action is noneffective, the error touch measurement and control module does not send the data of the key touch action to the data output module; the data output module outputs the data of effective key touch action to the virtual keyboard UI and the application program; and the virtual keyboard UI displays the data. The method modifies the method for detecting the operation effectiveness of the touch screen, so as to improve the usability of a virtual keyboard of the mobile terminal of the touch screen, prevent error touch, and increase input rate, thereby guaranteeing the use demands of users.
