The TXOP_PS_NOT_ALLOWED indicating bit and the address information are used by the receiving end to judge whether entering a power saving state is allowed or not. An XOP_PS_NOT_ALLOWED indication is carried in a Sounding Sequence field of the NDPA and is used for by a target receiving end to judge whether the entering of the power saving state is allowed or not. And then a TXOP inner terminal power saving method based on the NDPA is achieved.
