The method comprises the steps of thinly laying seeds on a basking pad or cement ground to bask the seeds for 1-2 days, and meanwhile, overturning the seeds frequently so as to achieve the consistent dryness of the seeds; putting the basked seeds into a nylon mesh bag, directly putting the nylon mesh bag into flowing water for seed soaking for 10h-12h in the daytime, then fishing out the nylon mesh bag which is then stored at home, then draining, ventilating, carrying out seed soaking for 5h-7h in the next day, then bringing the nylon mesh bag to home, putting the nylon mesh bag into warm water at 38-42 DEG C for seed soaking for 10min, draining the nylon mesh bag taken out of water, and putting the nylon mesh bag on a nest for thermal insulation and sprouting, and checking the nylon mesh bag every four hours; and after 2-3 days, finishing the sprouting.
