Abstract

The invention discloses a safety control method and a safety control system for communication interruption of an upper computer and a lower computer. The safety control method comprises the steps that the lower computer sends a life digital signal to the upper computer; the upper computer does not process the received life digital signal and instantly feeds back to the lower computer; the lower computer receives the signal fed back by the upper computer and judges whether the received signal and the sent life digital signal are same; if the received signal and the sent life digital signal are same, communication is normal; if the received signal and the sent life digital signal are not same or the signal fed back by the upper computer is not received, communication is abnormal; the lower computer outputs a switching value to switch off a main power supply or key equipment. According to the invention, the lower computer used as the leading sends the life digital signal to the upper computer to detect communication connection between the upper computer and the lower computer; when the upper computer fails, the lower computer automatically switches off operation of the main power supply or the key equipment; dependence on operation of operators and the like is not necessary any longer; the timeliness and the safety of the control system are ensured; simultaneously, operators are free from worry, with time saving and labor saving.
