One path of the input end of a power grid is directly connected with the output end of an alternating current shunt circuit, one path of the input end of the power grid is connected with the lithium battery pack through the charge-discharge and control unit, and the other path of the input end of the power grid is connected with a contactor KM1 through the three-phase supply detection circuit. One path of the lithium battery pack is connected with the output end of the alternating current shunt circuit through the contactor KM1, a diode D1, the inverter and a contactor KM2 in sequence, and the other path of the lithium battery pack is directly connected with a direct current output end.
