Abstract

A Master SCP for extended cross-operator features is disclosed. The present invention relates to telecommunication networks and, more particularly, to systems and methods of utilizing a Master Service Control Point to provide inter-operator value added and supplementary services to a subscribers belonging to varied and independent network operators and service providers.
