The leakage-stopping agent with sustainable expansibility comprises 50 to 70 wt% of a bridging agent, 10 to 20 wt% of a packing agent, 1 to 5 wt% of fibrous material and 10 to 15 wt% of delayed-expansion gel material, wherein the bridging agent is a mixture of vermiculite, rice hull and nut shell according to any ratio; the packing agent is a mica sheet; the fibrous material is a plant straw; the delayed-expansion gel material is a polyacrylamide gel particle. The leakage-stopping agent has certain deformability and strength, has sustainable expansibility within a certain time, can improve the leakage-stopping effect and the loading capacity of stratum, can reduce the loss of lost circulation and can improve the comprehensive efficiency of well drilling.
