The preparation method of the temporary plugging agent comprises the following steps: sequentially immersing rigid particles into a polyallylamine hydrochloride solution, a nano silicon dioxide dispersion liquid, a polyethyleneimine solution and a nano silicon dioxide dispersion liquid, and repeating for 20-100 times to obtain rigid particles wrapped by a composite film; mixing the rigid particles wrapped by the composite film, a silane coupling agent and a film-forming agent, and heating to obtain modified particles; and mixing the modified particles with resin, and curing to obtain the temporary plugging agent. The temporary plugging agent provided by the invention has good toughness and relatively high strength, and can be used for plugging the interior of a crack through good deformability.
