fluorine-coated diaphragm comprises a base film and a
composite coating layer coated on at least one side of the base film. The
composite coating layer comprises a first
coating layer and a second
coating layer, and the first
coating layer is arranged between the second coating layer and the base film. The first coating layer comprises first
inorganic particles and second
inorganic particles. The second coating layer comprises third
inorganic particles and
polymer particles. The
polymer particles are non-
fluorine polymers. The lower surface of the
polymer particles is tangent to the first coating layer, and the polymer particles are filled in the second coating layer. When the temperature in the
battery cell rises, the non-fluorine-coated diaphragm can effectively block the charging and discharging of the
battery cell. When the temperature in the
battery cell returns to normal, the swelling of the polymer particles decreases, the coverage of the polymer particles in the
composite coating layer decreases, and the battery
cell can operate normally again. The non-fluorine-coated diaphragm does not deteriorate the
internal resistance and cycle performance of the battery
cell, and simultaneously improves the
heat resistance of the non-fluorine-coated diaphragm at high temperatures.
