Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-element high-throughput suspension array detecting method for prostate tumor markers. Prostate tumor is one of most common tumors in men, and has the incidence and the mortality ranked coming out top. A single tumor marker has the deficiencies of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in a detection process, and simultaneous detection of multiple prostate tumor markers not only is conducive to early diagnosis of the prostate tumor, but also has quite high values in detection of generation, development and metastasis of the prostate tumor, monitoring of treatment effects, prognosis judgment and other aspects. According to the method, indirect competitive immunoassay is combined with the suspension array technology, the antigens (tumor markers) are immobilized on microspheres, a novel suspension array detection technology is built in allusion to the prostate tumor markers in serum, rapid, specific, accurate and efficient quantitative detection of the prostate tumor markers in a patient biological sample is achieved, and a new method and ideal are provided for rapid detection analysis of multiple tumor markers in clinic.
