The method for observing and dredging the pre-stress duct comprises the following steps: duct observation; preparation before duct observation; and duct dredging. The dredging method provided by the invention has the characteristics of being high in efficiency, not destroying an existing structure and the like, therefore, the method can be extensively applied to dredging a linear or annular duct with the diameter of greater than 80mm blocked by concrete (mortar).
