The lipid-lowering and weight-reducing nutritional meal powder comprises the following materials in part by weight: 5-20 parts of konjaku flour, 5-20 parts of resistant dextrin, 1-5 parts of l-carnitine, 5-20 parts of oats dietary fiber bran, 10-20 parts of soybean protein isolate powder, 10-20 parts of whey protein concentrate, 1-10 parts of hericium erinaceus polysaccharide, 1-10 parts of lentinan and 1-5 parts of casein glycomacropeptide. The hericium erinaceus polysaccharide and the lentinan are respectively extracted from hericium erinaceus and mushroom. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps of (1) extracting the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide and the lentinan; (2) mixing the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide and the lentinan; (3) performing granulation; and (4) performing sterilization and bagging.
