Abstract

The invention discloses a circularly polarized cavity-backed antenna low in axial ratio. The circularly polarized cavity-backed antenna low in axial ratio comprises an upper dielectric substrate and a lower dielectric substrate, wherein a first metal layer is arranged on the upper surface of the upper dielectric substrate, a second metal layer is arranged on the upper surface of the lower dielectric substrate, a third metal layer is arranged on the lower surface, and multiple metalized through holes are formed in the upper dielectric substrate. The multiple metalized through holes, the first metal layer and the second metal layer define a resonant cavity. A first radiation gap, a second radiation gap, a third radiation gap and a fourth radiation gap are formed in the portion corresponding to the resonant cavity, of the first metal layer, and two coupling gaps are formed in the second metal layer. The third metal layer forms a T-shaped microstrip line and a feed microstrip line for connecting the T-shaped microstrip line and a feed port, and a node of the T-shaped microstrip line and, a central point of the resonant cavity and the orthogonal center of the two coupling gaps are located on the same preset straight line. The circularly polarized cavity-backed antenna low in axial ratio is good in axial ratio performance and facilitates improvement of same polarized electromagnetic wave receiving efficiency of the circularly polarized antenna.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microwave technology, in particular to a circularly polarized cavity-backed antenna with a low axial ratio. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of communication systems, the requirements for antenna performance are getting higher and higher, prompting people to start research on circularly polarized antennas that can achieve low axial ratio characteristics. Improving the axial ratio performance of the antenna can improve the efficiency of the circularly polarized antenna receiving the same polarized electromagnetic wave, which has important practical value for improving the efficiency of the entire system. [0003] At present, researchers at home and abroad have done some research on circularly polarized cavity-backed antennas. Such as literature 1.
