The grid comprises a plurality of repeated grid units. Each grid unit is formed by enclosing a plurality of grid edge lines jointly, and the adjacent grid edge lines intersect to form a top point of the grid unit. At least one grid edge line or at least one top point of each grid unit is provided with a branch structure, wherein the branch structure is a conductive wire section connected with the grid edge line.
