The method comprises the following steps: (1) timely carrying out replacement of flowerpot and soil, and shearing off and intensively burning off all tissues of a diseased part; (2) cleaning and disinfecting cut with clean water, coating the cut with sulfur powder, and putting the cut at a cool ventilated place to dry; (3) potting again after the cut shrinks, not watering or spraying water to the cut within 3-5 days, and spraying the cut once with a solution which is prepared by adding water, 500-800 times amount of 50% thiram, into the 50% thiram; (4) isolating the rescued diseased or infected orchid plant from other orchid; (5) when the diseased or infected orchid plant grows normally, placing the diseased or infected orchid plant and other orchid together. The method disclosed by the invention is scientific and unique, simple in operation by adopting shearing, cleaning and disinfecting and isolating methods, and capable of effectively preventing spread of the rotten disease, so that the orchid rotten disease is fundamentally controlled.
