The invention discloses a CAPE1 peptide fragment at the C terminal of PtPR1 protein and application thereof, the CAPE1 peptide fragment of the PtPR1 protein has three types, namely PtPR1f, the amino acid sequence of which is shown as SEQ ID NO.1; the amino acid sequence of the PtPR1j is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2; the amino acid sequence of the PtPR1l is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3. Experimental results show that the CAPE1 peptide fragments at the C terminals of the three PtPR1 proteins provided by the invention can induce the woody plant to generate immune defense reaction at lower concentration; by using the three CAPE1 peptide fragments at the C terminal of the PtPR1 protein provided by the invention, the disease resistance of the woody plant to colletotrichum gloeosporioides, valsa poplar, botryosphaeria dothidea or phytophthora parasitica can be remarkably improved, and the CAPE1 peptide fragments have no inhibition effect on the growth of various pathogenic bacteria. Therefore, the strain can be applied to prevention and treatment of woody plant diseases, a new way is provided for improving the disease resistance of the woody plants, and the strain has a wide application prospect in the aspects of green prevention and control of the woody plant diseases and the like.

A method for controlling apple tree scab

The present application belongs to the technical field of fruit tree disease prevention and treatment, and particularly relates to a method for preventing and treating apple tree bark rot, comprising the following steps: S1, peeling treatment, removing the bark of the apple tree in the diseased area, and then spraying the apple tree with a fungicide; S2, bridging branches, selecting healthy branches to form a bridge across the diseased area; S3, taking the distance between the two ends of the bridging branches as the height, and applying the medicine mud along the circumference of the apple tree; S4, wrapping the medicine mud and branches with a plastic film to form an outer film; and S5, updating the medicine mud every 1-3 months. The present application applies the medicine mud to the circumference of the diseased area, uses the medicine mud to release the fungicide slowly, and makes the diseased area of the apple tree in a fungicide-wrapped environment for a long time, so as to treat the diseased area of the apple tree and hinder the spread of the rot fungus.
