The rapid breeding method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: inoculating the bud of the malus micromalus on an induction medium so as to induce an initial protocorm which is as small as a sesame seed; transplanting the initial protocorm to an enrichment medium to carry out enrichment cultivation; and cutting the enriched e initial protocorm every four weeks to carry out subculture so as to rapidly enrich the protocorm. The rapid breeding method has the beneficial effects that the selected culture medium has both the advantages of a liquid culture medium and a solid culture medium, so that the advantage that the protocorm or the similar protocorm grows healthy and strongly in the solid culture medium is maintained, the advantage that the liquid culture medium is rapidly enriched is brought into play; and moreover as the protocorm or the similar protocorm is planted in the solid culture medium, the phenomenon of tissue browning caused by liquid culture medium shake or even rolling friction is avoided, and the tissue growing condition is more advantageous.
