The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polymer-added composite cathode applied to a solid-state lithium battery. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing a cathode pole piece, preparing a solid-state electrolyte membrane. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the following advantages: the arrangement regularity of polyoxyethylene molecular chains is damaged by the effect among the molecular chains of several polymers, the glass-transition temperature is lowered, the crystal formation is inhibited, and the ionic conductance is enhanced.

The invention discloses a method for trivalent chromium electroplating of a non-micro-crack crystalline chromium and chromium alloy coating in a 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole hydrosulfate ([BMIM]HSO4) ionic liquid system, relating to a surface engineering and surface treatment technology. The method comprises the configuration of a novel ionic liquid plating solution, an electroplating technological process and the like. The current efficiency of the electroplating chromium and chromium alloy coating of a plating solution system can reach more than 95%, and is 45% higher than that of a conventional aqueous solution system; moreover, the defects that the plating solution of a normal aqueous solution system is poor in stability, easy in combustion, short in service life and high in toxicity and volatility, and an additive brightening agent and a stabilizing agent are easy to be out of operation can be overcome by using the method. The prepared non-micro-crack crystalline chromium and chromium alloy coating disclosed by the invention is compact and smooth in surface, has a strong combining capacity with a substrate, is excellent in corrosion resistance and high in hardness, is suitable for the demands on corrosion prevention, decoration and the like of the surfaces of metals and alloys, is easy in operation, and has the characteristics of economic practicality and low toxicity.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of sequentially overlapping and pre-preparing a first aluminum alloy plate, a second aluminum alloy plate, a third aluminum alloy plate and a fourth aluminum alloy plate, heating a pre-prepared composite board blank to 490-520 DEG C; keeping the temperature for 2 to 4 hours to obtain a rough blank with the thickness of 30 to 35mm; continuously rolling the hot rough blank on a (1 + 4)hot continuous rolling mill at a time to obtain a hot-rolled coil with the thickness of 3-5mm; carrying out cold rolling on the hot-rolled coil to obtain a cold-rolled coil with the thickness of 1-2mm; and completely annealing the cold-rolled coil in an O state to obtain an aluminum alloy brazing composite plate finished product, and after brazing, carrying out quenching and low-temperature agingstrengthening so that the overall post-welding strength of the material can be obviously improved. According to the preparation method, the strength of the aluminum alloy brazing composite plate obtained through the method after brazing is greatly improved, even compounding is achieved, the material performance after compounding is even and consistent, meanwhile, the material machining process issimplified by reducing the thickness of a hot-rolled blank, and the batch production efficiency is improved.

Structural pores between the micro-pores and the lines are independent, the micro-pores can be adjusted while the structural porosity is kept unchanged, then the mechanical performance of the artificial bone scaffold is adjusted, and the structural porosity and the mechanical performance of the artificial bone scaffold can be kept consistent with an original skeleton of a human body at the same time.

The low-melting-point metal liquid drop can serve as a PCR reaction carrier, so that the RCR time can be greatly shortened, and the reagent sample is effectively prevented from being lost due to evaporation in the PCR process.
