A syringe includes a barrel having a distal end, a proximal end, and a sidewall extending therebetween along a longitudinal axis. At least one engagement member protrudes from a terminal portion of the sidewall in a proximal direction along the longitudinal axis. The at least one engagement member tapers axially in a direction from the distal end toward the proximal end. The at least one engagement member is configured for engagement with a locking mechanism of a fluid injector to releasably lock the syringe with the fluid injector. A taper of the at least one engagement member is configured to rotationally guide the syringe into alignment with the locking mechanism and axially eject the syringe upon rotation of the syringe. The locking mechanism operatively engages the at least one engagement member regardless of an orientation of the syringe about the longitudinal axis relative to the injector.

Cleanly removable tapes and methods for the manufacture thereof

The present invention provides a multi-layer tape, comprising: a first adhesive layer comprising a pressure sensitive adhesive; a core layer having an outer surface, the first adhesive layer adhered to at least a portion of the outer surface; and fibrous reinforcing material dispersed within the core layer, the fibrous reinforcing material imparting stretch release properties to the tape. The tape may comprise a second adhesive layer wherein the outer surface comprises a first major surface and a second major surface, the first adhesive layer being adhered to the first major surface, and the second adhesive layer being adhered to the second major surface. A fire retardant may be disposed in any of the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer, and the core layer. The tape may be cleanly removable. The fibrous reinforcing material typically comprises substantially continuous viscoelastic microfibers having a yield strength and a tensile break strength, and the tensile break strength is at least about 150% of the yield strength. In another aspect, the tapes of the invention may be formulated to be cleanly removable without including fibrous reinforcing material therein. The invention also provides a method for the manufacture of the foregoing tape as well as an assembly comprising: a substrate; a carpet overlying the substrate; and a tape according to the invention disposed between the carpet and the substrate and adhering the carpet to the substrate.

Spill-proof refrigerator shelf

A removable, spill-proof refrigerator shelf includes a glass shelf panel, a one-piece molded plastic frame member extending about the periphery of and supporting the glass shelf panel, and an adhesive injected into a channel created by the frame member for sealingly fixing the shelf panel within the frame member. The top of the adhesive is made flush with the top surface of the shelf panel, thereby forming a substantially continuous and easily cleaned surface. An integral outer rim is provided about the periphery of the frame member and acts as a barrier to prevent any liquid spilled on the shelf from flowing onto shelves and / or food below.

The front part has a plurality of nozzle orifices each of which has an orifice axis Y intersecting the center axis X. Each of the nozzle orifices has a first diameter in a first direction parallel to the center axis X and a second diameter in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first diameter ranges between 0.1 mm and 0.5 mm while the second diameter ranges between 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm so that a liquid in the cannula is jetted from the nozzle orifices in an angle range of 45 degrees towards the forward end portion with respect to the orifice axis.

Pressing type emulsion spray nozzle

The invention discloses a pressing type emulsion spray nozzle, which comprises a head cap, a valve rod, a bottle cap and a pump assembly, and is characterized in that: a piston is arranged in a pump body and comprises a shaft neck and a sealing ring projecting outwards radially along the outer wall of the shaft neck; a circle of annular groove with an upward opening is formed on the outer wall of an ejector rod, and can be in splicing fit with the bottom edge of the shaft neck of the piston to realize sealing between the ejector rod and the piston; the piston is provided with a rib on the inner wall of the shaft neck; and the ejector rod is provided with a circle of circumferential convex ring, which can be tightly pressed against the rib, on the upper part of the annular groove. Compared with the prior art, the spray nozzle has the advantages that: the inner wall of the piston is provided with the rib and the outer wall of the ejector rod is provided with the convex ring, so that the piston can still move upwards along with the ejector rod under the action of friction between the rib and the convex ring in the resetting process of the ejector rod, a liquid absorption channel between the piston and a top plate can continually keep open, and emulsion left in the spray nozzle can be absorbed back into the pump body.
