energy storage battery pack state parameters are collected, the

power grid frequency and the frequency change rate, and the energy storage

frequency deviation according to the power grid frequency and the power grid rated frequency, judging the power grid disturbance level according to the frequency change rate and the
frequency deviation, and judging the battery safety state according to the residual electric quantity and the battery temperature; determining a disturbance
adaptation coefficient according to the power grid disturbance level, determining a battery state correction coefficient according to the battery safety state, and dynamically optimizing an
inertia time constant and a damping coefficient of the VSG based on the disturbance
adaptation coefficient and the battery state correction coefficient; based on the
inertia time constant and the damping coefficient, basic
inertia support power is calculated in combination with a VSG rotor motion equation, and the basic inertia support power and a
frequency modulation component of the AGC instruction are subjected to cooperative
processing to obtain a final power instruction; and issuing the final power instruction to the energy storage converter for execution.
