Accordingly, in a secondary battery system used in a hybrid system, a wind power generating system, a photovoltaic power generating system, and the like, the situation where a direct current resistance thereof transitionally (temporarily) increases is simply detected on the basis of the usage situation of a secondary battery, to thereby accurately calculate the deterioration state of the secondary battery and thus enable an appropriate coping process, so that the life of the secondary battery can be extended.

The method comprises the following steps: assembling a pole piece coated with a negative electrode material and a metal lithium sheet under an inert atmosphere to form a semi-battery model; connecting a resistor with a certain resistance valuebetween two semi-battery electrodes; carrying out pre-lithiation through discharging a battery; and connecting a voltmeter to monitor voltage of two poles. The aim of controllable pre-lithiation is realized through controlling the resistance value of the resistor, lithiation time and the voltage of the two poles and the like. After the pre-lithiation is carried out for certain time, the pole piece does not need to be dried and used electrolyte does not need to be replaced and can be directly assembled with a positive electrode pole piece to assemble the whole battery. The battery subjected tothe pre-lithiation of the method is charged and discharged under the current density of 0.5 to 1.0Ag<-1> and the first-week efficiency can reach 90 to 100 percent. The method is simple to operate, low in cost, good in pre-lithiation uniformity and controllable pre-lithiation degree; the electrolyte does not need to be replaced and the pole piece does not need to be dried after the pre-lithiationis carried out; and the method is suitable for industrial popularization and application.

If the tab voltage of the battery i is lower than that of other batteries during charging and higher than that of other batteries during discharging, the battery i is in virtual connection; and if the battery i does not exist and the temperature of the battery j is higher than that of other batteries,the internal resistance of the battery j is increased. When the temperature difference between the batteries is greater than 5 DEG C, it is determined that a first-stage fault occurs. Identification,positioning and grading of virtual connection and internal resistance increase faults of the parallel battery pack can be realized.
