The invention relates to the technical field of
welding automation, and discloses an intelligent
welding system for an electric pole steel reinforcement framework. The
system comprises a
welding execution module, a multi-mode sensing module, an edge calculation module, a real-time regulation and control module and a
system control center. Synchronous collection and real-time analysis of images, temperature and sound signals of a welding
pool area are achieved, so that defects such as air holes,
slag inclusion and incomplete fusion can be recognized online in a key time window when the welding
pool is not solidified, and time
delay caused by a traditional off-line detection mode is thoroughly eliminated. Through a real-time regulation and control module, on the basis of a multi-target optimization decision and parameter self-adaptive adjustment mechanism, the system can dynamically adjust key process parameters such as welding current,
arc voltage and welding speed at the moment of identifying defect
germination or process deviation, and real-time intervention and closed-
loop control on welding quality are achieved; therefore, the final formation of defect welding seams is avoided fundamentally, and the
rework rate and the material waste are remarkably reduced.
