The invention relates to a device and method for dynamically compensating symmetrical voltages of a power grid based on high-temperature superconducting energy. The method is characterized in that a DSP (digital signal processor) chip TMS 320F2812 samples voltage, current and frequency characteristic parameters of a power grid side; all phase systems are formed into an independent three-phase system; and detected voltage dip signals are compared with normal voltages in real time so as to determine the compensating time that each phase is injected independently as well as the amplitude and the phase position of compensating voltages. A PWM (pulse width modulation) circuit generates drive signals which are supplied for a switching tube of a power regulator, thus realizing the full-digital control for energy of a superconducting energy storage system. The device and the method thereof are applied to quickly compensating three-phase symmetrical or asymmetrical dip faults which are generated in actual power grid voltages via the high-temperature superconducting energy storage system. According to the invention, a load voltage can return to a normal level in milliseconds, a no-voltage fluctuation, symmetrical and non-harmonic real-time control function is realized, and the power quality of the power grid and the power distribution reliability are improved.
