coupling control module in the working period, and the tension and current
reference intervals under different working conditions are calculated through actions such as reference parameter calibration, two-parameter real-time acquisition,
coupling state two-way judgment and closed-loop
coupling optimization. A dynamic incidence relation between tension and
discharge current is established, a grading adjustment and compensation mode is adopted according to deviation grades, the limitation of
single parameter adjustment is broken, two-way cooperative regulation is achieved, the
machining quality is ensured on the premise that the
wire breakage risk of the
electrode wire is reduced, and the
machining preparation period is shortened.
