The method comprises the following steps of: irradiating the surface of a fluorescent sample by use of two types of modulated light beams emitted from a same light source, wherein one light beam is focused to form high-energy hollow light spot on the sample after passing through a spatial light modulator, so as to generate a saturation effect, and the other light beam is modulated into pulsed light by an acousto-optic modulator so as to be focused to form low-energy solid light spots on the sample; and collecting signal lights emitted from each scanning point of the sample, and extracting the signal lights which have same frequency with the pulsed light, wherein the extracted signal lights serve as effective signal lights for acquiring super-resolution images. The device is simple, and convenient to operate; by use of the competitive mechanism of the solid light spots and the hollow light spots during a process of stimulating sample fluorescent, the resolution ratio for saturated fluorescence to stimulate an ultra-diffraction limit is realized by only using one laser light source.

The bearing outer ring disassembly and assembly device is characterized in that the hydraulic cylinder is fixed in the middle of a portal crossbeam, the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a pressure plate, and a positioning ring is welded to the base of the platform and is concentric with the hydraulic cylinder. A bearing pressing-out plate and a bearing pressing-in barrel are used during pressing out and pressing in respectively. The platform device is simple and can be convenient to implement the disassembly and assembly of the disc hob.

In the method, liquid level height variation measurement of a tubular settlement meter is realized by using a parallel light projecting method or an imaging method so as to measure elevation variation of each tested point. In the imaging method, a float on the liquid level is used for spraying a reflective material or a light resource is placed on the float to image on the target surface, and calculation is carried out by extracting the centre of gravity by using the gray gravity method, or liquid level boundary extraction is carried out on the liquid level imaging directly by the image process, so as to realize variation measurement for a plurality of in-tube liquid level elevations; in the projecting method, parallel light for projection is used, and calculation is realized by using projection shadow of the liquid level or the float on a large range linear array photoelectric device for extracting the centre of gravity so as to realize automatic non-contact high accurate measurement of the liquid level elevation variation. The device of the measuring method in the invention is simple in installation and low in cost, and can be widely applied in a vertical settlement shift measuring field of the tubular settlement meter in large-scale buildings and geotechnical engineering, such as an earth and rock dam, a tailings dam and a landslide body and the like.
