In the invention, a simple method is adopted to synthesize the carborane-containing polysiloxane-silazane polymer with the new structure, wherein the polymer contains repetitive units such as carborane, siloxane and silazane in the structure; unsaturated groups such as vinyl and ethynyl can be conveniently introduced to the side group to ensure that polymer performs crosslinking under the thermal effect to form resin materials, and the resin materials are further heated to form ceramic materials. The polymer can be used as high-temperature resistant binders, atomic oxygen resistant coatings, ceramic precursors and the like and have great application value in the fields such as national defense, aviation and aerospace.

Simple screening method for salt-tolerance maize inbred lines

The invention discloses a simple screening method for salt-tolerance maize inbred lines. A germination period test and a seedling stage test are both performed under the conditions of 0 mmol/L and 180 mmol/L. In the stress test of a germination period, 15mL of salt solution is replenished once each day, the number of germinated seeds of each inbred line is counted after the seeds are germinated for 4 days, and the germination vigor of 16 inbred lines is calculated; the germination rate, the germinal length, the root length, the germ fresh weight and the root fresh weight of the 16 maize inbred lines are measured after 7 days. In the seedling stage test, 50mL of de-ionized water is replenished once every 2 days, 50mL of NaCl solution with corresponding concentration is replenished once every 3 days, and a second leaf is taken to measure the content of MDA, the relative conductivity and the relative water content after stress treatment is performed for about 10 days and a control leaf grows to three leaves with one center. According to the method, the salt injury index of each indicator is calculated by measuring a plurality of indexes in the germination period test and the seedling stage test, the salt tolerance of each inbred line is subjected to cluster analysis according to the salt tolerance index, and each inbred line is comprehensively evaluated to finally screen the salt-tolerance inbred lines. The simple screening method is easy and convenient to operate and can be finished in a laboratory, the workload is greatly reduced, the screening time is shortened, and the screening efficiency and the result accuracy are improved.

The preparation method of the low-temperature sintered tungstate microwave dielectric ceramic Li2MW2O8 comprises the following steps of: (1) weighting and proportioning initial Li2CO3, MO and WO3 powders with the purities of over 99.9% according to the chemical formula Li2MW2O8, wherein M is selected from one of Zn, Mg and Cu; (2) performing wet-type ball milling and mixing on the raw materials for 12 hours, drying the raw materials, and then, presintering the raw materials at 600-DEG C atmosphere for 6 hours, wherein distilled water is used as a solvent; and (3) adding a binder into the prepared powder, pelleting, then, carrying out compression moulding, and finally, sintering at 650-700 DEG C atmosphere for 4 hours, wherein the binder is a 5wt% polyvinyl alcohol solution and accounts for 3% of the total quantity of the powder. The ceramic prepared by the invention is good in sintering at the temperature of 650-700 DEG C, high dielectric constant up to 22-24, high quality factor (Qf) value up to 67000-86000GHz and small temperature coefficient of resonance frequency.

The ceramic is well sintered at the temperature of between 950 and 1,050DEG C, has the dielectric constant of 32-40, the quality factor Qf value of 60,000-100,000GHz, small temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, and great application value in industry.
