Embodiment 1

[0027] Embodiment 1 (one of the methods of azeotropic method after first melting):

[0028] The method for azeotropically preparing water-based photocurable unsaturated polyester after first melting, it comprises the following steps:

[0029] 1) Under the protection of nitrogen, 20.00g trimethylolpropane diallyl ether, 16.00g neopentyl glycol, 15.00g dimethylol propionic acid, 8.00g suberic acid, 15.00g maleic anhydride, 17.00g of adipic acid and 0.26g of antioxidant were added to the four-port reactor with stirrer, condenser, thermometer and dripping device.

[0030] 2) Raise the temperature to 140°C, keep it warm for 1 hour, then raise the temperature to 150°C, and keep it warm for 1 hour (in this state, keep reflux without draining). Then take 1 hour to raise the temperature to 180°C, add 6g of xylene, keep it warm for 2 hours, and keep the reaction at this temperature; then keep the dehydration for 0.5 hours under the vacuum degree of 0.040MPa; you can appropriately incre...

[0043] 2) Raise the temperature to 140°C, keep it warm for 1 hour, then raise the temperature to 150°C, and keep it warm for 1 hour (in this state, keep reflux without draining). Then it took 1 hour to raise the temperature to 180°C, and added 6g of xylene and 7.00g of maleic anhydride, then kept it warm for 2 hours, and kept the reaction at this temperature, and kept it under a vacuum of 0.040MPa for 0.5 hours to dehydrate. The amount of nitrogen can b...

Embodiment 3

[0053] The method (one of the azeotropic method after first melting) of preparing water-based photocurable unsaturated polyester by azeotropy after first melting, it may further comprise the steps:

[0054] 1) Under the protection of nitrogen, 20.00g trimethylolpropane diallyl ether, 17.00g neopentyl glycol, 10.00g dimethylol propionic acid, 16.00g suberic acid, 10.00g maleic anhydride, 15.00g of adipic acid and 0.26g of antioxidant were added to the four-port reactor with stirrer, condenser, thermometer and dripping device.

Abstract

The invention relates to an aqueous nonsaturated polyester with an UV-cured characteristic, and a synthetic method thereof. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) adding 40-60 mass parts of a polyol mixture, 40-60 mass parts of a polybasic acid mixture, and 0.1-0.3 mass parts of an anti-oxidant into a four-necked reactor with a stirring under the protection of nitrogen; (2) heating to 140 DEG C, keeping warm for 1 hour, heating to 150 DEG C, keeping warm for 1 hour, heating to 180 DEG C within 1 hour, keeping warm for 1 hour, and adding 4-8 mass parts of an inert solvent; and (3) cooling to 150 DEG C, adding 0.2 to 0.5 mass parts of a polymerization inhibitor, dropwise adding 7-15 mass parts of glycidyl methacrylate into the reactor, and then adding 0.1-0.3 mass parts of tetramethyl ammonium iodide; cooling to 65 DEG C, adding a neutralizer to neutralize to a pH value of 7-8 to obtain the product; stirring the product, and adding water to dilute, thereby obtaining the aqueous light-cured nonsaturated polyester. The polyester prepared by the invention is characterized by good stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a class of water-based unsaturated polyester with ultraviolet curing properties and a synthesis method thereof. Background technique [0002] Since the German Bayer company developed the first generation of UV-curable coatings (UVCC) in the 1960s, because this technology fully complies with the 3E principle, it has fast curing speed, no volatile solvents, energy saving, low cost, and automatic production. characteristics, has maintained a rapid development. Since oligomers, the main components used in photocurable coating systems, generally have high viscosity, more reactive diluents must be added to adjust viscosity and improve rheology before use, and most of these reactive diluents are toxic and irritating. On the other hand, with the gradual improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the stricter environmental protection regulations of various countries, water-based coatings have become one of the m...
