Carboranes are electron-delocalized (non-classically bonded) clusters composed of boron, carbon and hydrogen atoms that may also contain other metallic and nonmetallic elements in the cluster framework. Like many of the related boron hydrides, these clusters are polyhedra or fragments of polyhedra, and are similarly classified as closo-, nido-, arachno-, hypho-, etc. based on whether they represent a complete (closo-) polyhedron, or a polyhedron that is missing one (nido-), two (arachno-), three (hypho-), or more vertices. Carboranes are a notable example of heteroboranes.

A lithium-containing carborane cluster compound coated silicon monoxide material is firstly prepared and obtained, then through segmented heating sintering, boron element in a lithium-containing carborane cluster compound is diffused into a silicon-based materialcontinuously, a part of silicon atoms are replaced to form displaced doping, and the vacancy current-carrying concentration is improved, so that the intrinsic electronic conductivity of the silicon material is improved. Moreover, in the high temperature sintering process, incompletely reacted lithium ions inside the lithium-containing carborane cluster compound react with silicon monoxide, and thebyproducts such as lithium metasilicate, lithium silicate and lithium oxide are further formed to realize pre-lithiation, so that the initial coulomb efficiency of the battery prepared from the material is improved. And then, a uniformly compact carbon layer is formed on the surface of the material through chemical vapor deposition, and the defect that the carbon layer formed by the carbonizationof the carborane cluster compound is relatively loosened and porous can be solved, so that the cycling stability of the material is further improved.

The invention discloses a carborane-perylene diimide derivative and a synthesis method thereof, a sensing array based on the derivative and a preparation method and an application of the sensor array,and belongs to the technical field of small-molecular fluorescent sensing thin film materials. The carborane-perylene diimide derivative is placed in a solution, is assembled into a fiber structure with relatively large specific surface, and then is transferred to different substrate surfaces, so as to obtain the sensing array composed of a variety of fluorescent thin films; the sensing array canbe sensitive to sense six important drug gases, and drug samples have no need of any treatment; at the same time, through array combination, the interference of common interferents is eliminated thoroughly. The operation is simple, and the reaction conditions are mild. The prepared fluorescent sensing thin film has good stability and long service life, and is an excellent drug gas sensing thin film array. With combination use of the thin film and commercial fluorescent instruments, the drug gases can be sensitively detected. In addition, the drug gas special detection instrument can be developed through the device of the sensing thin film.

Carborane-containing adhesive resin with resistance to high and low temperature and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses carborane-containing adhesive resin with resistance to high and low temperature and a preparation method thereof. The resin is prepared by reacting a component A and a component B under the catalysis of dibutyltin dilaurate, wherein the component A is prepared by dissolving 1,7-dihydroxymethyl carbon boron in ethyl acetate, adding polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate anddehydrated trimethylolpropane in batches, and carrying out reacting under the protection of argon; and the component B is prepared by reacting silicon-hydrogen-terminated organic silicon resin and methyl allyl polyether under the catalysis of chloroplatinic acid and the protection of argon. According to the invention, the characteristics of the two components of the polyurethane adhesive are utilized, carborane groups are introduced into the component A, siloxane groups are introduced into the component B, and the two groups are easily combined with each other in the form of covalent bonds through the curing reaction of the component A and the component B. The carborane-siloxane type polyurethane adhesive prepared by the invention has very high bonding strength on steel, aluminum, titanium alloy, carbon materials, ceramic materials and composite materials, can be used for bonding missile nose cone-shells, C-C composite materials of heat-resistant parts of hypersonic aircrafts and graphite structural parts, and has a good military application prospect.
