Fenton sewage treatment process and equipment thereof

The invention relates to a Fenton sewage treatment process and equipment thereof. The process sequentially comprises the following steps: (a) regulating pH value of sewage; (b) adding H2O2 and Fe<2+> to the sewage; (c) adding alkali to generate iron sludge sediment; (d) separating the iron sludge sediment from supernatant liquid; (e) carrying out biochemical treatment after the supernatant liquid outflows; adding acid to discharged muddy liquid containing the iron sludge sediment so that the iron sludge sediment is dissolved; and (f) oxidizing and breaking an iron complex in the solution outflowing in the step (e) into Fe<3+> through electro-catalytic oxidation; electrolyzing and reducing Fe<3+> into Fe<2+> through electrolytic reduction, and refluxing so that the Fe<3+> is sufficiently electrolyzed and reduced into Fe<2+>; and replacing Fe<2+> added in the step (b) with the Fe<2+> obtained through electrolytic reduction. The equipment comprises a pH regulating tank, a Fenton reaction tank, a reaction tank and a sedimentation basin, and further comprises a reflux pump, a dissolving tank and electrolytic regeneration equipment, wherein the electrolytic regeneration equipment comprises an electro-catalytic oxidation device and an electrolytic reduction device. According to the process disclosed by the invention, recycling of iron is realized and discharge of iron slurry is greatly reduced.

Solid super-molecular photocatalyst integrating Fenton effect and photocatalysis as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a solid super-molecular photocatalyst integrating Fenton effect and photocatalysis as well as preparation methods and application thereof. A first type of the photocatalyst is a compound of an iron complex and g-C3N4, and is prepared by the following steps: dissolving a water-soluble iron salt into ultrapure water to obtain an iron salt solution; adjusting the pH value of the iron salt solution to be not more than 1, and adding a ligand precursor into the iron salt solution to obtain an iron complex; and adding g-C3N4 into the iron complex, stirring, and drying to obtain the solid super-molecular photocatalyst. A second type of the photocatalyst is a compound of ferrocene and g-C3N4 and is prepared by the following steps: dissolving ferrocene into hot water, adding g-C3N4 powder when the mixture is hot, stirring fully, and drying to obtain a ferrocene / g-C3N4 compound photocatalyst. A third type of the photocatalyst is a compound of chlorhematin and g-C3N4, and the preparation method is similar to that of ferrocene / g-C3N4. The solid super-molecular photocatalyst has the following beneficial effects: the iron source is stable, the photocatalysis condition is not influenced by pH, and the solid super-molecular photocatalyst responds to visible light and is high in reaction speed.

The invention discloses a method for separating, purifying and recycling waste hydrochloric acid containing iron, belonging to the field of wastewater treatment. The method comprises the following steps: (A) filtrating with sands to remove suspended matter in iron casting waste hydrochloric acid flushing fluid, dropwise adding oxidant, ensuring the oxidized flushing fluid through a absorption tower filled with strongly alkaline anion exchange resin, adding industrial concentrated hydrochloric acid to increase the concentration of HCl in the treated effluent liquid and returning the obtained solution which is used as iron casting hydrochloric acid flushing fluid to recycle, to the production flow; (B) ensuring distilled water or deionized water used as regenerant through a resin bed to elute the exchanged iron complex genitive ions on the strongly alkaline anion exchange resin and forming high concentration ferric chloride water solution which can be used as purifying agent and is sentback to the production flow to use. In the invention, strongly alkaline anion exchange resin is used for the treatment and resource recovery of iron casting waste hydrochloric acid flushing fluid in the fields such as electroplating, iron and steel and the like so as to realize the complete recycling of hydrochloric acid; water is used as resin regenerant to regenerate resin and generate ferric chloride water solution simultaneously so that water can be used to prepare purifying agent.

The present invention discloses a method for purifying polysaccharide iron complex, in particular to a method for desalination and concentration of the crude aqueous polysaccharide iron complex with the ultrafiltration membrane separation technology. Specific methods include the following steps of filtering the crude aqueous polysaccharide iron complex with ultrafiltration membrane components, whereby the pore diameter of ultrafiltration membrane components is between 2 and 50nm and molecular weight cutoff is between 5K and 150KDa; intercepting the polysaccharide iron complex by the ultrafiltration membrane, continuously discharging the sodium chloride and free iron ions in the crude aqueous solution through the osmotic solution to improve the purity and the concentration of polysaccharide iron complex in the ultrafiltration retentate liquid. The method for desalination and concentration of the crude aqueous polysaccharide iron complex with the ultrafiltration membrane provided by the invention has the following advantages of 1. simple operation process, safety and energy saving, mild condition and easy for continuous production; 2. reducing the salt concentration in the aqueous polysaccharide iron complex, and increasing the concentration of polysaccharide iron with recovery rate of more than 95%.
