The counter-pressing film licker-in and the stainless steel counter-pressing rollers are arranged in pairs; the degreasing box is arranged on the side surfaces of the stainless steel counter-pressing rollers; according to the use method, the film belt is arranged on the air swelling shafts, polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion is arranged in the stainless steel groove, the film belt penetrates through the opposite-pressing film licker-ins and the stainless steel opposite-pressing rollers after penetrating through the stainless steel groove, finally enters the degreasing box to be degreased, and then sintering and drafting are conducted. Secondary drafting is performed to obtain a polytetrafluoroethylene drafting belt, mechanical splitting and fiber splitting are performed to obtain fiber bundles, and curling, shaping and cutting procedures are performed to obtain the polytetrafluoroethylene superfine fibers.
