The process is characterized in that: the gold ore has the characteristics of high clay mineral content, large fine ore amount after grinding, and the like. The method comprises the steps of firstly, carrying out metallized reduction roasting on the iron gold concentrate roasted product containing sulphur and arsenic with a reducing agent, carrying out acid leaching on the metalized roasted product, and finally carrying out chemical leaching with an acid slag.
