The student can feely select considering characteristics of the teachers so as to find the teacher who is suitable for the student himself to carry out tutorship. An intermediate link between the teachers and the students is removed, such as a tutorial class. Direct contact between the students and the teachers is realized and personal values of the teachers and the students are maximized.
