The method comprises the steps: calculating the priority of all customers in an alternative customer resource pool according to the business behaviors of customers, wherein the alternative customer resource pool comprises customers who potentially open accounts or customers who potentially activate accounts; selecting a preset number of customers from the alternative customer resource pool, wherein the priority of the preset number of customers is higher than the priority of other customers in the alternative customer resource pool; and distributing the selected customers to salesmen according to a preset distribution strategy. The method selects the customers with higher priority from the alternative customer resource pool, and distributes the selected customers to the salesmen. Because the customers in the alternative customer resource pool are usually the customers who potentially open accounts or customers who potentially activate accounts, so the method solves a problem of the loss of a large number of customers in the prior art because the salesmen randomly distribute the customers.
